About Happy Ride Transport
Happy Ride Transport is an eldercare transport provider serving seniors islandwide from its base in Tampines. It holds a 5/5 rating across 37 Google reviews, which represents a moderate and encouraging sample. KakiList has verified its operating details and contact channels, though no ACRA registration or regulatory licences are currently on record. Pricing is indicated at a mid-range level; specific hourly or trip rates were not provided and should be confirmed directly.
Families arranging transport for elderly relatives will typically want to discuss the senior's mobility needs upfront — whether they use a wheelchair, walking frame, or require boarding assistance — as well as any medical considerations such as dialysis schedules, specialist appointment frequencies, or post-discharge transfers. It is worth clarifying whether vehicles are wheelchair-accessible, whether a trained escort accompanies the driver, and what the booking lead time is for recurring trips versus ad hoc arrangements. Confirming the cancellation and rescheduling policy is important for medical appointments that may shift at short notice.
To enquire about availability or arrange a booking, reach Happy Ride Transport via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form. Provide the pickup and drop-off addresses, the senior's mobility requirements, and the preferred appointment time so the team can confirm vehicle suitability and give an accurate fare.
Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
My 76-year old mother took Happyride Wheelchair Transport every week for her medical reviews & physiotherapy at Changi General Hospital for Jan & March 2026. She was very happy with Shawn, a careful & patient driver. He looked after her very well ensuring her safety getting in and out of the coach. He was always early for every appointment despite his busy schedules. If too busy, he has relief driver so that she did not miss her appointments.
Shaw was very patience in replying to my queries. Thank you for his support. Alan (Driver) was very nice and polite. Great transport and highly recommended for those on wheelchair that needs transport. Reasonable pricing. 👍
Finally found Shawn after a few frustrating attempts with taxi and grab drivers. Understand their reluctance with wheelchairs but still…. My Dad hated going out but now with Shawn, he is so much happier doing doctor visits, going relative’s house etc. Very glad we found a new means of transport! Thank you Shawn!!
Used Happy Ride during my week long stay in Singapore to take my two wheelchair bound parents out everyday. Shawn and Alan were amazing. Friendly, responsive, accommodating, and good drivers. Hydraulic lift and security clamps in vehicle were all sturdy. It was really what I needed to make the day go smoothly for the elderlies. Price-wise, very reasonable in comparison to other similar companies.
We arranged for Sean to send us to the airport a week ahead. He was punctual. The process of transferring my father in his wheelchair into the van was done very well and efficiently. Sean had all the safeguards and my father was very well secured. We managed to load our luggage as well. Thank you Sean for offering this excellent service!

Happy Ride Transport's specific fare structure was not publicly listed at the time of this review — contact the team directly via WhatsApp or phone for a quote. For context, senior transport providers in Singapore typically charge on a per-trip basis, with rates varying by distance, vehicle type (standard vs wheelchair-accessible), and whether an escort is included. Recurring bookings such as weekly dialysis runs or regular specialist appointments may attract a package or monthly rate. Confirm in writing whether the quoted fare includes waiting time, carpark charges, and any surcharge for early-morning, late-evening, or public holiday trips. This is one of the most important questions to ask before booking. Seniors with varying mobility needs — from those who walk independently to those using wheelchairs or requiring boarding assistance — need different vehicle configurations and sometimes a trained escort alongside the driver. Contact Happy Ride Transport directly to confirm which vehicle types are available, whether escorts are offered (and at what additional cost), and whether any medical transport protocols are in place for post-discharge or dialysis transfers. Providing details about the senior's mobility aids and any medical considerations at the time of enquiry will help the team recommend the right arrangement.
With a 5/5 rating across 37 Google reviews, Happy Ride Transport has a positive track record, though families should verify consistency for time-sensitive recurring trips such as dialysis (typically three times per week) or chemotherapy runs where lateness has direct health consequences. Ask specifically about the cancellation and rescheduling policy — medical appointments can shift at short notice — and whether a substitute vehicle is available if the regular driver is unavailable. Confirm the booking lead time required for ad hoc trips versus standing weekly schedules, and whether reminders or confirmations are sent the evening before each trip.
