I had a very disappointing experience with Hash Tree Care. I was quoted and agreed to pay $600 to cut, prune, and crown my trees to a specific height. However, when the workers came, they refused to trim to the agreed level and gave excuses that the tree would be “unbalanced.” After the pruning, I called the boss, Hash, who agreed to come again a few days later to prune the trees properly. I waited the whole day but he never came. When I called again, he told me to contact Raja. Raja said he would trim the trees but never gave a specific date, and later pushed me to Dinesh — the worker who first agreed to cut the trees as short as possible. When I called Dinesh, he kept giving excuses like “busy,” “crane repair,” or “no workers to cut trees.” In the end, nobody came back and the job was left incomplete. Even though I already paid in full, the work was not completed as promised. The trees are still too high and were not crowned properly. Communication was confusing, and after payment, there was no proper follow-up. I felt very disappointed and frustrated with their poor service, lack of responsibility, and unprofessional attitude. I hope the company can improve its honesty, accountability, and reliability for future customers.
