About Hawaii Landscape

Hawaii Landscape is a verified home services provider in Singapore specialising in Gardening. Services offered include Gardening Services. They provide islandwide coverage across Singapore. Rated 3.9/5 based on 80 Google reviews.

The bulk of Hawaii Landscape's bookings cover Gardening Services. Because this is a focused home services operation, most jobs are scoped over WhatsApp first — photos of the issue, property type, and preferred slot — before a price is quoted.

Hawaii Landscape covers all of Singapore, which is useful if you live in a less-central estate or need a provider that can follow a recurring job to different addresses. The business is KakiList-verified, meaning a real person has confirmed the operating details and contact channel. Google reviewers currently give Hawaii Landscape an average of 3.9/5 across 80 reviews, which is a reasonable signal of consistency for a home services provider.

The practical way to decide on Hawaii Landscape is to message them directly with a short job description, property type, and any relevant photos. Direct contact means no platform middleman and usually a faster response than form-based lead submissions.

Is Hawaii Landscape legit?

Likely yes — Hawaii Landscape has some trust signals, but always confirm the quote in writing before making payment.
  • Verified by KakiList
We cross-check listed businesses against Singapore's official ACRA registry before marking them as verified.
  • 3.9/5 from 80 Google reviews
Google reviews are harder to fake than testimonials on a provider's own website because each reviewer has an auditable Google account.
  • 📍
    Operating islandwide
A provider listing specific coverage zones is more credible than a vague "all of Singapore" claim, because it implies real scheduling and logistics.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, unless you desire infested plants. Bought a China doll tree, peace lily, calathea and money plant from them just before CNY. Of the four, two turned out to be infested with mealy bugs after I brought them home for a week. Only found out when I looked very closely. I would like to stress that these are the very first plants I brought into my newly renovated home, so there is no chance that they could have been infested by other existing plants in my place. I tried to manage by self treating the plants - used a white oil spray, a pricey systemic insecticide, and religiously used alcohol to dab away visible bugs - even the 2m tall China Doll tree! But the infestation just got worse, so I'm suspecting that it could be a deeper root infestation (infected repotting soil from the nursery maybe?). Reached out to customer service after I exhausted all self-treatment options, and they still told me to purchase more insecticide. Requested a refund or exchange, but their reply was condescending and very quick to show that their t&c says no refund/exchange allowed. Sounds like the people running this place are readily prepared to fend off complaints like that. I suppose it isn't a first for them. Highly disappointing experience. Profoundly regret spending so much here to qualify for membership. Definitely NOT coming back. I'd rather spend the money in other nurseries that are genuinely passionate about plant care and client relations, even if I don't get membership discounts there.

Lovely nursery with unique decoration. Saw their creation of an orange lemon lime all grafted into one big tree! Do visit to take a look W(`0`)W🤩 Bought some beautiful orchids. Will be back.

Bought monstera plant from Nahir. 8 days after plant is delivered, thousands of gnats hatched from the plant (Gnats usually take 3 weeks to hatch so the plant has already been infested for weeks). It was one and a half weeks to Chinese New Year and I am left with a newly purchased, gnat-infested monstera plant. Called the company and shared my purchase receipt. They insisted they will not serve me because I do not have the delivery order number. I asked why I was punished for them delivering an infested plant, and having a poor tracking system to trace the orders. They then asked me to go to their nursery and buy more pesticides from them - turned the whole dispute into an upselling opportunity. Finally I ransacked my house and found the delivery order. Sent it to them and they replied with a snapshot that "After delivery all items are considered in good condition", "No guarantee on plants health and deceased". I bought 2 other plants from other shops and did not get any of such issues at all. Hawaii Landscape is atrocious. I should have checked the other Google reviews before buying.

Bought 3 dracena from the physical shop, delivered fast and on time, however one plant started to turn yellow and black beginning of the 2nd week, and by the end of the 2nd week, leaves completely dropped off, and another dracena also turned dark and yellow, leaving only 1 out of 3 still healthy within 2 weeks of delivery. Customer service is an even bigger problem. A lady sounded in 50s, was not only rude but rather mean. She claimed shop is no longer responsible once plants are delivered, and asked me if I adopted a child and find the child unhealthy will I return? When asked her why 1 out of 3 is healthy, her answer was if someone in your family get sick, not everyone will get sick. Further more, on my question on how she can help, she offered advice the dead is dead, just take care of the live one! Later contacted the shop again and heard she is one of the owners. This is my first time shopping there, a completely horrible experience, from the goods to the customer service. Can't believe someone can speak of such evil words to a stranger, let alone a customer.

I visited as a first time plant parent and fell in love with the purple hibiscus. It had a single flower in full bloom, and brownish stains on its leaves which I mistakenly believed was dirt I could wash off when I got home. I should've been more concerned that those were signs of a sick plant. Their staff could not provide advice on how to care for it but figured I could google that myself. With each day the plant started to look weaker and duller, the flower buds were dying and the leaves developed more white spots. I figured I didn't know how to keep it alive and wanted to call it a day. That was until I spotted spider webs and tiny creepy crawlies. This is my first plant at home and there's no plants in the vicinity where the spider mites could've come from. Not thrilled that I brought home a pest infected plant. I'm giving two stars as the hibiscus flowers are a brilliant shade of purple now that I'm nursing it back to health (time will tell).
