And he is a very smiling person even though I know he is tired, but the service of this doctor and nurse is very great and smiling. I like their service and the medicine is also very effective. Terrible experience. Reception estimated 35mins queue time. After 40min, I asked them how many more people left in the queue before me. They said there was an additional 1 person in front of me whom they initially overlooked, and apologised. After that, waited another 15 more minutes, and asked them again to estimate how long more I needed to wait. They said about 20mins. This is ridiculous wait time! 1h15min just to see a doctor?? If I'd known earlier I would have just gone to another clinic! Ended up leaving before seeing the doctor because of time constraints. I will never visit this clinic ever again. Complete and absolute waste of time!

Best clinic!!! Receptionists are super warm and friendly, queue system is super efficient with a virtual queue and a SMS reminder right before it’s your turn, and the receipt is automatically emailed to you. Consultation is very reasonable at $35 for a week day. It sounds simple, but every little detail is so thoughtful and goes to show how deeply they care about the customer experience. I’ll be back for sure!

I am waiting in line number 2 , q number is number 5 and the staff is very impatient for attending new patient and the queueing system is in a mess. i wont walk in again. Also, showing the company card, and mentioned say got to check , nothing to call me to sign. While the male behind me get the Q number 2, and inform to sign for the company claim. All patients are standing looking at both staffs.

One of the best clinics in the area! I've seen Dr.Lee multiple times over the years for various illnesses. He is very skillful and have a good empathy. He remembers his patient and their preferences by heart, which is quite surprising given the number of patients he sees daily. He always listens to all your complaints, even if they might sound trivial without brushing you off. Always does a thorough examination before arriving at the diagnosis and always explain all the details to the patient. All the staff at the clinic are also very nice and friendly.
