I have had a really positive experience at Healing Hands Hougang. My back has improved significantly since starting treatment, and I genuinely feel much better and more comfortable in daily life now. I was first treated by Dr Hayley Tiong, who was very patient, professional and attentive. She always took time to understand my condition and explain the treatment clearly. More recently, I have been seeing Dr Xin Ying, and she has been equally gentle, caring and thorough, I always feel well taken care of during my sessions. The admin staff Doreen are also very friendly, helpful and responsive, which makes the whole experience smooth and pleasant from booking to each visit. Overall, the team truly cares about their patients’ recovery, and I would definitely recommend to anyone dealing with back or posture issues.

I came to Healing Hands Chiro for a bad back sprain that took forever to heal after a hot spring slide incident and perhaps exacerbated by years of doing extreme sports. Was honestly blown away by the genuine care and concern that the customer service staff showed, along with the very clean, relaxed, modern and tidy ambience. Dr. Hayley ordered a spine X-ray for me, explaining in detail the condition of my spine and neck, and recommended the treatments accordingly. There was also a scan to see my body posture alignment that was way off! Very very happy with the treatments and outcome thus far because they work and provide much-needed relief!
