A first visit typically begins with an intake consultation covering your presenting condition — whether that is back or neck pain, postural issues, headaches, or sports-related discomfort — followed by a physical assessment before any adjustment is performed. Confirm whether the initial consultation carries a separate fee, how many sessions are recommended for your condition, and whether a recurring package or single-session booking is available. Ask about the cancellation policy, particularly if you are booking an extended course of care.
To take the next step, reach out to Healing Hands Chiropractic (Jurong) via phone or the enquiry form to book an initial consultation and confirm current availability.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I first visited the Paya Lebar clinic previously, and I’m now continuing my treatment at the Adelphi clinic with Dr Marc. Since starting sessions with him, I’ve experienced consistent relief through his adjustments and care. What truly makes a difference for me is the time Dr Marc takes to explain everything clearly and his calm, unhurried approach. He doesn’t rush through the session and ensures I’m comfortable throughout, which gives me great confidence in the treatment. Most grateful to Dr Marc & his team.
I was on a holiday trip when I had an incident at the hotel and ended up locking my lower back. My wife found the clinic online, and I was fortunate to be treated by Dr. Mark. From the moment I arrived, the experience was excellent. I’ve had previous chiropractic treatments, and I can say that Dr. Mark is highly attentive, technically very skilled, and extremely precise in his adjustments and overall care. Thanks to him, I was able to catch my flight home on the same day, despite the intense pain I was dealing with. I was in town for a HYROX competition, so I believe his treatment works perfectly for both everyday patients and athletes. Highly recommended.
Have been with Healing Hands for almost a year now and my condition has definitely improved. I’m currently under Dr Marc’s care - he’s always very attentive to my condition and recovery progress. Their recent addition of stretch therapy has also been a great complement to the treatment which helps to loosen tight muscles and improve mobility which enhances the effectiveness of the regular adjustments.
Marc’s chiropractic care has provided a positive sense of support for my family and me. What really sets him apart is the care and assurance he gives his patients- he connects with people on a personal level and always makes one feel at ease. He’s helped both my parents and myself not just relieve pain, but really understand and address the root causes, both in the short and long term. I can tell he genuinely wants his patients to heal and feel better in every sense. I always leave feeling lighter, cared for, and confident that I’m in good hands.
I tried a trial session here after a back sprain from working out, and have been coming regularly ever since. My back pain has improved significantly with ongoing treatments from Dr. Marc, who is caring and attentive. Lynn, the clinic assistant, has also been helpful in making sure I’m well taken care of. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience and highly recommend here!

Healing Hands Chiropractic (Jurong) is listed at the $$ price tier, but a specific per-session rate is not published on this profile. In Singapore, chiropractic consultations typically range from S$80–180 per session for a standard adjustment, with an initial assessment session often priced higher at S$100–250. Many practices offer package deals for multiple sessions at a reduced per-visit rate. Before booking, confirm the first-consultation fee, whether the initial assessment is billed separately, and the per-session cost for follow-up adjustments. Ask whether a package commitment is required or whether single sessions are available, and check the no-show and cancellation policy. See the full chiropractic cost guide for Singapore →
A GP referral is not required to book a chiropractic consultation in Singapore, though having one can help with insurance reimbursement claims under integrated shield plans or corporate health benefits — check your policy before your first visit. Some insurers require a GP referral letter and a diagnosis code for chiropractic treatment to qualify for reimbursement. At your first visit, expect to complete an intake form covering your medical history, current medications, and the nature of your discomfort. Chiropractors will typically screen for contraindications — such as osteoporosis, recent fractures, spinal cord compression, or certain vascular conditions — before proceeding with any spinal manipulation. If your condition is complex, the practitioner may request imaging such as an X-ray before treatment. If you have a pre-existing spinal condition or are recovering from surgery, let the clinic know when booking so they can advise whether chiropractic care is appropriate for your situation.
Chiropractic practice in Singapore is currently not governed by a dedicated statutory licensing board in the same way that physiotherapy is regulated by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC). This means there is no publicly searchable national register for chiropractors equivalent to the AHPC or Singapore Medical Council registers. The Chiropractic Association Singapore (CAS) is the main professional body, and membership — along with recognition from the Singapore Chiropractic Association — is a voluntary indicator of professional standing. Internationally, credentials from accredited chiropractic colleges (such as those recognised by the World Federation of Chiropractic) are the primary qualification signal. Ask the practitioner directly for their degree institution, year of graduation, and any post-graduate or specialist training. No regulatory licences are currently listed on this KakiList profile. Confirm the consulting practitioner's qualifications before treatment.
