New clients typically begin with a first consultation during which the chiropractor takes a case history, assesses posture and spinal alignment, and discusses presenting complaints such as back or neck pain, headaches, or postural concerns arising from desk work. From there, a care plan is proposed — this may involve a course of adjustments over several weeks, with the option of a single session for straightforward presentations. Clients should clarify upfront whether the quoted rate covers consultation and adjustment together or separately, and confirm the cancellation policy before committing to a package.

I have had a really positive experience at Healing Hands Hougang. My back has improved significantly since starting treatment, and I genuinely feel much better and more comfortable in daily life now. I was first treated by Dr Hayley Tiong, who was very patient, professional and attentive. She always took time to understand my condition and explain the treatment clearly. More recently, I have been seeing Dr Xin Ying, and she has been equally gentle, caring and thorough, I always feel well taken care of during my sessions. The admin staff Doreen are also very friendly, helpful and responsive, which makes the whole experience smooth and pleasant from booking to each visit. Overall, the team truly cares about their patients’ recovery, and I would definitely recommend to anyone dealing with back or posture issues.
I came to Healing Hands Chiro for a bad back sprain that took forever to heal after a hot spring slide incident and perhaps exacerbated by years of doing extreme sports. Was honestly blown away by the genuine care and concern that the customer service staff showed, along with the very clean, relaxed, modern and tidy ambience. Dr. Hayley ordered a spine X-ray for me, explaining in detail the condition of my spine and neck, and recommended the treatments accordingly. There was also a scan to see my body posture alignment that was way off! Very very happy with the treatments and outcome thus far because they work and provide much-needed relief! You’ll surely be in the safe, assuring and gentle hands of Dr. Hayley and her team of caring staffs here like Ms. Yana and the wonderful ladies serving here. Thank you Healing Hands Chiropractor! 🫶🏻
I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hayley. She is professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable in her field. From the very first consultation, she took the time to clearly explain my condition and treatment plan, which made me feel confident and well-taken care of. Each session with her is thorough and effective. I have felt noticeable improvement, not only in pain relief but also in overall mobility and daily comfort. She genuinely cares about her patients and always checks in to understand how I’m progressing. The clinic environment is friendly, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are welcoming and efficient. I truly appreciate Dr. Hayley’s dedication and expertise. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring chiropractor.
I’ve had a really positive experience with Xin Ying as my chiropractor. She is incredibly patient, listens attentively, and genuinely takes the time to understand how my body feels each session. What I really appreciate is how she remembers past details and tailors every treatment based on my current discomforts, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Her adjustments are gentle yet effective, which makes me feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout the session. Doreen, the receptionist, is equally wonderful — patient, professional, and efficient. She handles my bookings and any schedule changes smoothly, making the entire experience stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for attentive, personalised chiropractic care.
I had an excellent experience with Hayley, the chiropractor. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in her approach. Hayley took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained the root causes clearly, and tailored the adjustments to my specific needs. I felt immediate relief and a big improvement after the session — she truly knows what she’s doing! Doreen was also very kind and helpful throughout the visit, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend Hayley for anyone looking for a skilled and caring chiropractor who genuinely focuses on your well-being

A specific per-session rate was not published at the time of this listing. A GP referral is not required to visit a chiropractor in Singapore, though having one can help with insurance reimbursement under certain integrated shield plan riders or corporate health benefits — check your policy wording before your first visit. At the first appointment, expect an intake assessment covering your medical history, current symptoms, medications, and any prior imaging (X-rays or MRI scans). Certain conditions — including osteoporosis, recent fractures, inflammatory arthritis, and vascular disease — are contraindications for some chiropractic techniques, so disclose your full medical history so the chiropractor can adapt the approach accordingly.
Chiropractic is not currently a statutorily regulated profession in Singapore — there is no mandatory registration board equivalent to AHPC (for physiotherapists) or TCMPB (for TCM practitioners). This means the public register route of verification is not available for chiropractors as it is for some other allied health disciplines. As a practical check, ask the practitioner directly about their academic qualifications (a recognised chiropractic degree, typically from an accredited institution such as RMIT, Murdoch, or a CCE-accredited US programme), whether they hold membership with the Chiropractic Association of Singapore, and whether they carry professional indemnity insurance. Healing Hands Chiropractic (Paya Lebar) is KakiList-verified and holds a 5/5 rating from 143 Google reviews, which provides a reasonable signal of operational credibility. Confirm the practitioner's credentials directly before treatment.
