Healing Hands Chiropractic Yishun is a chiropractic practice located at 1 Yishun Ave 9, #01-02 East Community Club, serving clients across Singapore. New patients typically begin with a first consultation where the chiropractor takes a full history, discusses presenting symptoms — such as back pain, neck stiffness, headaches, or postural concerns — and performs a physical assessment before recommending a care plan. Chiropractic care in Singapore is an unregulated profession under current law, meaning there is no mandatory licensing board equivalent to the Allied Health Professions Council; credentials therefore rest on the individual practitioner's training, qualifications, and professional memberships. It is worth asking directly about the chiropractor's degree (Doctor of Chiropractic from an accredited institution), professional indemnity insurance, and whether they hold membership in the Chiropractic Association of Singapore. Sessions may be offered as single visits or in recurring packages, and patients should clarify cancellation and no-show policies before committing.
To get started, call or submit an enquiry via the contact form on the listing to book a first consultation and confirm current availability.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Dr Max is very attentive and explains clearly my issues and how he will be supporting me… I felt assured and I think that’s very crucial in following through the program. Ferdyna is also very helpful and explains the pricing clearly - I don’t feel pressured rather I felt that the team really cared about getting me back at my best… thanks guys! Amazing clinic amazing team!
What else can I say? From the front desk, I already felt welcomed thanks to Ferdyna. I understood everything within minutes what I need, And Dr. Max has been amazing! He clearly explained everything we need to improve based on my spine and neck X-rays. I’m already on my 8th adjustment, and there are great results so far! I schedule my checkups every Sunday, and by Monday my back feels brand new. I always look forward to my appointments. Definitely a must-try! Salute to Ferdyna and Dr. Max! 10/10!
I've had some back pains at the start and through careful treatments, it was very quickly resolved and it improved my daily quality of life. Dr Max is very friendly and does a great job explaining to his patients what he is doing to let the patient feel knowledgeable and have a peace of mind. This is especially important for new patients. Clinic Assistant Ferdyna is also very friendly to the patients, delivering good service.
After about four sessions, there are noticeable improvements in my quality of life. I have unequal leg length but through lower back adjustments, the imbalance has reduced by a lot, allowing me to regain more mobility. I also have less neck and shoulder tension which is great. I'm grateful to Dr Max for his precise adjustments and attentiveness, and also to Ferdyna for being so friendly and always following up for appointments!!

Healing Hands Chiropractic Yishun is listed at a mid-range price point ($$), but a specific per-session rate has not been published. In Singapore, chiropractic consultations typically range from S$80–180 for an initial assessment and S$60–120 for follow-up adjustments, with package rates available for recurring care plans. Before booking, confirm the first-consultation fee, whether a separate assessment or X-ray fee applies, and what is included in any package — some practices bundle a set number of sessions while others bill per visit. Ask about the no-show and cancellation policy as well, since many clinics charge a fee for short-notice cancellations. See the full chiropractic cost guide for Singapore →
A GP referral is not required to book a chiropractic consultation in Singapore, though having one can be useful if you intend to make a claim through an employer's health insurance or an integrated shield plan — check your policy before assuming chiropractic is covered, as many plans either exclude it or require pre-authorisation. At the first visit, expect a detailed intake form covering your medical history, previous injuries, current medications, and the specific complaint you are presenting with. The chiropractor will typically perform orthopaedic and neurological tests and may recommend imaging if a structural issue is suspected. Patients with osteoporosis, recent fractures, spinal cord conditions, or cardiovascular risk factors should disclose these before any adjustment is performed.
Chiropractic is currently an unregulated profession in Singapore — there is no statutory licensing board equivalent to the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) for physiotherapists or the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) for TCM practitioners. This means the title "chiropractor" carries no government-enforced minimum qualification standard locally. The key things to verify directly are: whether the practitioner holds a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from a programme accredited by the Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE) or an equivalent internationally recognised body, whether they hold professional indemnity insurance, and whether they are a member of the Chiropractic Association of Singapore. No regulatory licences have been listed for Healing Hands Chiropractic Yishun, so ask the clinic for this information before your first appointment. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
