As a first timer at Hisar travel , we had a good location for the hotel and the mosques. Rooms and food are good and the itenary programs gives us opportunity to travel and see all the location of prophets places and all the mosques and do our prayers. The mutawwif is very helpful and always make sure all the elderly are taken care of. At 4 in the morning those who wish to do fajr suboh he will accompany us to a good location.We had completed all the 3 umrahs alhamdulillah. We are able to wakaf alquran or chairs with the help of the diligent mutawwif. I have no regrets having Hisar travel as my next Haj or Umrah destination . Hope to travel again with Hisar Travel Insha Allah.

We are very satisfied with the overall experience. Ustaz Suheyr guided us professionally and patiently throughout, despite how exhausting the entire process must have been. We are also grateful to Ustaz Irfan and Ustaz Doni for helping to clarify our uncertainties along the way. As first-timers, the experience was made easy and reassuring with clear and consistent guidance. Performing the tawaf and sa‘ie felt manageable with the constant instructions via the transmitters, and we never felt lost at any point. Alhamdulillah. The hotels were clean and beautiful. While there is some room for improvement in terms of hotel locations, these were not dealbreakers. We especially appreciated the additional information and sirah shared prior to each religious site visit, as well as the flexibility built into the itinerary. Thank you for the experience!
