I wanted black-out blinds for my BTO flat, for the hall & bedroom windows. I saw ads on Facebook of retailers endorsed by celebrities, I visited the businesses but the prices quoted seemed higher than I had anticipated. So I went online and found HM Curtain, which was located in Bedok Central, nearby where I was residing then. I wanted roller blinds that also served as black-out blinds. Jacquelyn attended to me, she recommended the model types and I choose the colour. She suggested a housing for the roller blinds so that they wouldn't get dusty, which I did. All in all, it cost about 35% lesser than the other quotes. They went to my flat a few days later (in July) to measure the windows, but installation only took place in October after renovations were completed. I am extremely satisfied with the roller blinds, I like its minimalist feel. I have to commend the service provided by Jacquelyn & the installation personnel for making the entire process of acquiring blinds for my new flat a seemless and painless experience.
