His customer service-centric approach is exemplary patient, attentive, and highly knowledgeable. After discussing with my family, we realized a smart home would be beneficial for safety and convenience, especially for elderly family members. When I returned with my cousin (professional electrician), Lucas continued to provide solid, no-pressure advice, helping me focus on essential features while keeping within a modest 5% renovation budget. A site meeting was arranged with Lucas and Sankaran, where Sankaran provided a Wi-Fi heat map and identified areas needing Cat6a cabling. Knowing that I was using my professional electrician, he ensured I had a clear video guide and step-by-step instructions for installing the smart switches. The smart features, though a slight stretch on the budget, are truly worth it. My family is slowly adjusting to the voice commands and automations, and we’ve already noticed the added convenience and peace of mind.
