During installation day the electricians gave us the level of confidence on getting the job done. See Ting the technician has been very helpful to configure the smart switches and camera, and spent many hours configuring the Aqara app, as well as the Apple Home app. Appreciated she also tried to link other existing appliances to the app as much as possible.
