The same unresolved issue has now occurred on a second vehicle( GBM8573T) , causing substantial disruption to our delivery operations. The core problem involves the battery being unable to charge fully, which directly affects vehicle usability and has resulted in operational delays and loss of business income. This issue was first reported to your workshop on 9 July 2025, and despite multiple follow-ups, it remains unresolved to date. We have repeatedly been informed that the delay is due to spare parts not yet arriving. However, it has now been nearly half a year, and we have not received any clear timeline or explanation. We would appreciate clarification on where the spare parts are being sourced from and why the lead time has been excessively long. Given the prolonged duration, the recurrence of the same issue on a second vehicle, and the direct impact on our business operations, we respectfully request management’s urgent intervention to resolve this matter promptly and provide a concrete solution and timeline. Very lousy. Before cannot charging the sales person tell me my charger problem. After I go to she’ll charging, he tell me my card problem. End up I waited until 12 midnight, then only tell me the batch of ev some got actuator charging problem. Last month cannot charge, said will arrange technician come down. 1 month over, no ppl turn up. Always today cannot, tomorrow got other job. Very lousy…. No after sales service at all.
