Margaret, the nurse, was super professional, and she helped me with my fear of needles. She found my vein easily, and it didn't hurt much when she took three blood samples! The place is a bit small, but the service is fast and professional. I highly recommend booking an appointment instead of just walking in. Try out their snack and drink with chocolate flavour is nice

What a rainny day!Running cats and dogs. I'm wet! A very nice lady staff brought me a chair so that I can wipe myself down. Was a great experience with service team with smile and welcome! Happy staffs happy client! Nurse was professional only required one time to take my blood. After blood test you can enjoy some coffee & snacks. 😇

Went on Monday afternoon. Registration and the whole check up was very fast. Took less than 30mins. There’s not much patients. Booking for this check up online was very easier also. Mala was great at drawing blood. I have a fear of needles and usually nurses have very hard time finding my vein but she did it in one shot and no pain. High praises for her Improvements could be made for the front desk staffs however. Such as for pee/stool sample, would be good if can ask if this is the first time doing and can give more advises. Also if there’s any cut off time in submitting the sample, because my friend wasn’t told that, so we had to go another place to drop off the pee sample. Since it’s the clinic that didn’t tel us, wouldn’t the service be to lo us drop it off also?? We had to rush over to make it in time and waste bus fare etc. not that we can’t pay, it’s more on service. Would be good if the staffs are friendlier too. First time I stepped in, no one said hi but all 3? person looked up at me. I had to go right up to the table to say what I needed before getting response. (Good place will greet customer as soon as customer step in). Also results on website say 3-4 days but they said 7-10 days at the clinic. So which is which? And nothing is mentioned about the doctor consult (website states there is). 5 stars for Mala. 3 stars for front desk. So on average is 4
