Was here for volunteering to help prepare the donation tin boxes for their upcoming fund raiser. Very nice to see people helping each other despite their challenges. The center provides help to the physically challenged folks with financial and livelihood support and also rehabilitation and welfare to needy. It was a fulfilling experience for me to help in my own little way.

This is a disappointed organization i have come across. My husband used to be a member many years ago. I had received from time to time their SMS messages even after I had called to informed them that my husband was no longer a member and he had passed away. Until today I still received yet another SMS! Very annoying. This shows that the staffs are not responding to our feedback at all.

This is the first time I used them and my appointment is the next day. The lady called up and confirm the timing but they got the wrong timing and she commented that I should be the one who tell them what time to pick up. Please lor, they are the one who is experience and expect me as a layman to advise them. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. She still blamed me for giving them the appointment time instead of the pick up time and worst of all, her tone is very impatient !!! In the first place, their staff ask for my dad appointment time and told me they will confirm again the pick up time when the date is near. I told her to speak to their customer service who pick up the call and not to me as a customer. They are trained and should be more professional to advise the pick up time. Let's hope everything turn out fine on the pick up day. First impression already negative..... :-(
