We’ve experienced consistently poor service. On multiple occasions, salt and chlorine crystals were left scattered across our tiles instead of being properly added to the pool. This poses a serious safety hazard. Our dog suffered a severe foot injury from the crystals, resulting in a serious infection that required multiple rounds of medical treatment. I also cut my own foot at one point. Despite raising these concerns—particularly because we have a young baby and pets who regularly play in the garden around the pool—the care and professionalism (or lack thereof) has not changed. The risk of them ingesting these chemicals is extremely worrying. Their reliability is equally unacceptable. They are supposed to service our pool weekly, yet on one occasion a pipe had burst, and the pump room remained flooded for weeks. The issue went unnoticed and unreported by their team, causing our electricity to repeatedly trip. They also frequently fail to show up for scheduled appointments without any notice or explanation. Overall, the service has been unprofessional, unreliable, and unsafe. We strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
