Yvonne Huang (黄安儀) displays exceptional professionalism, assessing our financial and coverage needs, weighing pros and cons. Being a mother herself, she understands in detail the needs of a family with young children. Most importantly, integrity is at the heart of everything she does. She recommends policies that she believes will be beneficial for my family’s financial strategy. Knowing our risk profile and financial capacity, she markets wealth policies as is her job to do so, but is never pushy. She finds out about our financial mindset and plans with tact and respect. She follows through on our experience in making claims on the insurance policies that we bought - quite unlike our previous agent who “disappeared” after selling us insurance policies. For years we thought it was the norm to “DIY” in making our own claims - Yvonne showed us otherwise. She even go to great length to tell us why a claim was rejected. Yvonne specially arranged our consultation to be at my house twice - when I was heavily pregnant and when my child was born, allowing her to pay us a special visit and also to better understand our financial situation and lifestyle better. I am convinced she has a heart for her clients and sees each client as a real person with real needs, wants and goals. She truly believes she can help arrange her client’s wealth and protection policies to their satisfaction and to their benefit, with the perfect balance achieved between protection and premiums paid. When an admin mistake happened - a newly bought policy I wanted to cancel did not get cancelled - Yvonne thoroughly investigated and quickly clarified that she submitted the cancellation request but the company had overlooked it. She monitored the situation till the end, where the company issued gift vouchers to us by way of apology. I wish her all the best in continual income and satisfaction in this line of work!
