My experience here usually was ok but today was really bad. I came specifically to buy a medication and I was informed by the counter staff that it had been 2 year since I last bought it and I will need to consult the doctor again. So I agreed. During the consultation the doctor informed me that they don’t have this medication and he will give me a prescription for it. And this “consultation” only consisted of me telling the doctor that I wanted to buy this medication and him telling me he will give me a prescription for it. There was NO OTHER check involved. I should had been informed during registration that they no longer had the medication that I wanted to buy. I had to pay $49.05 for the “consultation” which made me doubly annoyed as I could have gotten the medication at another clinic. This was a total waste of my time and money.

Clinic convenient for me as I live in Hougang. Chose this clinic for the great service from the staff and doctors. And they have a WhatsApp I can contact directly. Today went for my annual checkup, mainly for the range of blood tests, x-ray, ECG etc. Today attended by Dr. Chong, friendly, knowledgeable and flexible in his options. Good bed side manner. Normally see Dr. Ang. Both highly recommended. On top of that the charges are reasonable...so my whole family sees them. And their opening hours are convenient. Special mention for Mei Ling at the counter.....somehow she is my first point of contact whenever I visit the clinic. Very pleasant lady, with a sense of humour and patient. Noticed she seems to know other regular patient...like friends. Actually the other counter staff are also very friendly, patient and helpful in providing answers to patient queries. Good customer service is important to me especially in a clinic...have a smile or even a laugh as laughter is the best medicine. Lastly I noticed the staff dresses casually, so down to earth. Makes me feel at home in the heartlands! Keep it up!!💐

Very fully satisfying & appreciate with Dr. while visiting with my consultation yesterday to the intermedia Clinic @ Kovan outlet as I was having a common heavy runny noses and was intended to visit into this clinic outlet @ Kovan outlet. As at the first point of time, as I was just sssuming it was just with a common running noses and a minor flus as recently due to the whether conditions wise which affected me. By the time when started with my consultation with him, I was quite fully appreciate and surprised while checking with my body temperature with his thermometer, as I didn’t realised I’ve do have a slightly minor fever while examining from my body temperature as I’ve didn’t feel sick for quite a numeric of years and didn’t having any fever for so long until our Dr. has been examined with it and have realised I did having a minor fever. So it was quite an appreciate and very fully satisfying from his services provided with me. As usually while most peoples either having a slight or minor running was quite a very common issue for everyone else. This’s was the services provided him which really satisfied me and really greatly appreciated with him. Thank you very much with Dr. for providing his satisfactory and services for everyone else. Will hopes to turn back with him again with my very next consultation with him. Thank you very much to you again Dr.👌👍🏼🙏🏼✋🏼😊
