Have a really good experience with Interwell, in particular Simon. During installation of the EV charger he was very patient in helping me at setting up the app as well as explaining the technical aspects of the charger. Later on, when I had issues with my app, he assisted me online even after office hours. Finally, when the charger holder hook broke (thru my fault), he replaced it complimentary! Title: Deeply disappointing service and reliability from InterWell. Avoid. I am writing this regarding the multiple EV chargers installed by InterWell at our condominium. Over the past year, these units have been plagued with constant issues, particularly for Tesla and various makes EV owners. The downtime has been excessive and frustrating for our community. What is most frustrating is InterWell’s tendency to make excuses rather than fix the problem. They frequently claim the issues stem from our residents' cars, but this is easily disproven—the same EVs charge without issue at other nearby charging stations. They have also blamed "mobile network issues" for the downtime. This is simply untrue. Our chargers are connected via wired network cabling to fibre broadband, and our basement carpark has extensive 4G/5G coverage from SingTel, StarHub, M1, and Simba. The problem is clearly with their hardware, not our infrastructure. To make matters worse, their support hours are very limited, and their technicians seem unable to replicate the faults, using that as a reason to shift blame. I have extensive photographic evidence of these failures. Their EV chargers have various types of issues and they don’t know how to isolate the root cause of the problem. They will mix it up and spin their stories to say it’s our problem. They have poor technical capability and experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues. Many times took many days and weeks which caused more issues and impact to our residents. Finally, the quality of their charging cables is subpar. They suffer from intermittent connectivity despite having no physical damage. When issues arise, they blame our residents for "not coiling the cable" correctly, and then quote an exorbitant almost $1,000 to replace it. After installed for one year plus , the model installed quickly became obsolete and end of support. My advice to other users: Be very wary. If you don't coil the cable exactly as they demand, be prepared for excuses and shockingly high charges for replacements.
