I would like to commend your team for their excellent service. Joanne (Admin) has been exceptionally helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Due to the pest issue at my house, I was understandably anxious and had been pressing for an urgent appointment with the technician. Despite this, Joanne remained calm, professional, and accommodating at all times. She handled my requests with great patience and understanding, even when I was being quite demanding. I truly appreciate her professionalism and dedication to customer service. Shah and Sulaiman (Technicians) attended to me at my house to resolve the issue. They were highly skilled, knowledgeable, and efficient in carrying out their work. They explained the situation clearly, addressed my concerns professionally, and ensured that the necessary steps were taken to resolve the problem thoroughly. Very pleased with Iron Man pest control! Lena was very prompt to arrange for site visit by Sam who did an excellent job of explaining with clear communication and checked the corners and drawers thoroughly as we hv ants infestation. Sulaiman did a fantastic job to tackle the ants issues and very knowledgeable in his work. Sulaiman took pride in his work and we were very pleased with the results and happy our ants issues has been resolved! Definitely will recommend Iron man Pest control for their prompt service! Ironman provided excellent customer service from the time of my query to the onsite inspection. Although I had reached out to a number of pest control services, Ironman was the only one to respond and they did so promptly within 5 min to arrange a free onsite inspection. Sam, from Ironman arrived promptly on the dot at the scheduled time. As it turned out, Sam did not think there was a need for pest control but took the time to explain how to remedy the situation to prevent pests. He was professional and most importantly, honest. Not pushing to make a sale. I will be more than comfortable to engage and recommend Ironman should there need arise in future.

Ironman Pest Control came up at the top of the list when I searched via ChatGPT for a well-rated pest control company, and I’m glad I chose them. Xena from Ironman was quick to respond to my enquiry and promptly arranged a service to deal with unknown insects in the master bathroom of my rented unit. During the first visit, Sulaiman carefully inspected the area and identified the issue as dry termites coming from an old cabinet. He carried out thorough treatment, spraying the toilet and my room as well. Later, when the landlord arranged for the cabinet to be removed, I asked Ironman to come back again. More recently, I noticed drain flies, and Sulaiman returned to help once more. He patiently explained the cause of the problem, helped remove thick mould buildup, and treated the affected areas. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring, clearly showing me where the chemicals were applied and explaining that they are safe for humans. Thank you, Xena and Sulaiman, for your excellent and consistent service. Highly recommended 👍
