The flowers are quite nice but I requested for White Orchids and they delivered Purple ones to me. A bit upset that they refused to do exchange and told me that they do not have white orchids (which clearly in website they have white orchids). Wanted to look for a long term supplier for my office but first purchase with them already experiencing communications broke down a few times. Customer service should be improved.

Such a shame - been buying my plants for home and the business from here for 10+ years. A loyal client and today I was treated less than I deserve. Not even the manager wanted to advise me, his poor staff had to try and manage our conversation. We bought a bunch of plants for CNY , most are doing really well after a week - as we always expect from this business. 2 didn’t start very well and within 5 days died. This happens with plants I know well as I worked in and ran a nursery many years back. Today I spent the time and energy during my work day to take these plants back to discuss this with the business. They need to know - it’s good for customer service and I wanted to understand. I was turned away and told “no guarantee” - didn’t ask for one by the way. I did not ask for my money back, nor did I ask for an exchange. I did tell them I was going to buy some other plants to fill our house for CNY. When I returned to pay I was turned away with no explanation or advice - just “no guarantee” And you know what? - I would have bought them again today just so we had them for the weekend . I wasn’t chasing compensation or to rip anyone off. Just wanted to understand and learn. So I left and won’t return again. Bye!
