When placing an order, start by confirming the occasion — whether CNY, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, a new baby, a corporate appreciation gift, or a get-well delivery — and the recipient's dietary requirements (halal, no-pork, no-beef, alcohol-free, vegetarian). For Muslim recipients, ask specifically about MUIS halal certification on any food components, as "halal-friendly" without a MUIS certificate does not meet the same standard. Customisation options typically include printed or handwritten card messages, ribbon colour, and branded packaging sleeves for corporate bulk orders. Confirm the delivery slot, lead time, and whether the recipient's address is a landed property, HDB lobby, or condo guardhouse, as each has different handover protocols. For festive periods, orders should be placed well in advance given peak demand.
To get started, reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to confirm item availability, dietary requirements, customisation needs, your preferred delivery slot, and the total cost including delivery fee before placing your order.
Confirm halal or other dietary requirements with the supplier, lock in the delivery slot at least 2–3 working days ahead (longer during festive peaks), and keep the recipient's contact handy in case of redelivery.
We ordered Janice Wong’s mooncakes under their corporate program, and the whole experience was excellent. We were assigned to a staff member, Ronny, who was extremely friendly, patient, and professional. She took care of everything from start to finish — arranging delivery, ensuring every box was well packed, and even following up after delivery. One thing that really stood out was the gift card service. Usually, preparing corporate gift cards is a headache as we need to match the box design and fonts ourselves. But Janice Wong’s team solved this perfectly — they not only printed the cards for us but also used premium quality materials, which made the gifts look even more impressive. Ronny also sent us a video tutorial showing how to fold the paper bag and place the mooncake box inside, which was thoughtful and helpful. She sent delivery confirmations, answered all our questions patiently (even last-minute changes), and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We were also impressed by Janice Wong’s product and staff training. Even the delivery staff knew the products well — he patiently double-checked if I knew how to open the paper bag and even demonstrated it for me, despite having his next delivery to rush to. The limited-edition box design is not complicated, but you can truly feel the dedication and spirit of the Janice Wong team behind it. The limited-edition boxes were a highlight — they made our gifts feel extraordinary, and many clients asked about them. We even heard some of their staff were “fighting” over the boxes! Overall, a truly 5-star service and experience. Highly recommended!
The staff was really nice. I didn’t get the ladies name, but she was kind and sweet to me to recommend thermal heated bag so the chocolates can last long for 5 hours. 🥰 ❤️
Had my Bean to Bar Workshop held by Ying. She is highly professional, highly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. We had a ton of questions throughout the lesson and she was patient with us to share her vast knowledge. Time went by so quickly and will definitely recommend everyone to attend her workshop! So much fun to learning from people of passion.
I like the soft texture of the lemon sorbet. It’s refreshing and almost bubbly. The ginger candle is soft and chewy which is a good contrast the to sour taste. Now for the blueberry cake, the presentation is very nice. Like one of those cement paper weight. But we can’t taste the blueberries. Seems more like colouring. The place is spacious. Service was good.
Highly recommend the workshop for any couples! Really good knowledge of chocolates from chef Ying and she’s so patient with teaching us step by step. Super amazing! So happy to be making our own chocolates and experiencing painting, piping and tempering🤗 they even surprised us with a mini birthday cake!

Janice Wong Singapore is priced in the mid-to-upper range ($$). As a general reference, gift hampers in Singapore typically run S$80–250 for everyday occasions, S$200–500 for premium festive selections, and S$500–1,500+ for luxury or large combinations. The final per-hamper cost depends on the items selected, presentation packaging, and any custom card or branding. For corporate bulk orders, a minimum quantity usually applies (commonly 10–50 hampers), and per-unit pricing often reduces at volume. Delivery fees in Singapore typically fall in the S$10–25 range per address, with free delivery above certain order thresholds. A festive-period surcharge may apply during CNY, Hari Raya, and Christmas peaks. GST applies where relevant. See the full Gifts & Hampers cost guide for Singapore →
Before ordering, confirm whether food components in the hamper carry MUIS halal certification — this matters for Muslim recipients, as a certification number and validity date on the packaging is the proper standard. "Halal-friendly" or "no pork no lard" labelling without MUIS certification is not equivalent. For Hindu recipients, confirm no-beef items. Vegetarian and alcohol-free options should also be verified for specific ranges. Customisation typically covers handwritten or printed card messages, ribbon colour, and branded sleeve or logo packaging for corporate orders. Item swap-outs within a price band are possible on some ranges. Confirm minimum lead time for custom hampers — generally 3–5 working days, and longer if printed branding is required. Ask about the out-of-stock protocol if a specific item cannot be sourced in time.
Standard in-Singapore delivery for in-stock items is typically 1–3 working days. Same-day delivery may be available at a surcharge for orders placed before a stated cut-off time, subject to slot availability. During festive peaks — CNY, Hari Raya, and Christmas in particular — lead times extend to 5–10 working days, and order books can close several days before the festive date, so early ordering is advisable. Corporate bulk orders generally require 7–14 days. Confirm the delivery window (morning, afternoon, or evening), what happens if the recipient is unavailable (re-delivery fee, lobby drop, or neighbour drop), and the cancellation and refund policy. Most retailers allow cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery for a refund. Keep the recipient's contact number handy to avoid a missed delivery. Confirm the SFA hygiene grade and MUIS halal certificate (if applicable) before paying, especially for food-containing hampers intended for recipients with dietary requirements.
