I engaged Winnie and JW Curtain Furnishing to install curtains and blinds while doing renovations for my resale flat. I also got window films from her in the end. I am pleased with the service and outcome. Winnie personally came over to do the measurements and showed me the samples for the blinds/curtains. She came across as someone very knowledgeable and experienced in the industry. She was also patient in explaining the properties of the different materials. Communication thereafter was smooth and her responses were prompt (plus she shared numerous pictures of her previous work for reference). The installation was quick and efficient. And when I made a mistake with the side of the blind the pulley/chain(?) was installed at, she quickly made the change I requested. Before the change was made, she made sure to let me know the pros and cons of whether the chain is on the left or right of the blind (like the chain may hit my glass door and cause scratches, or the chain may tangle with the other chain). All these inputs helped inform my ultimate decision. All in all, it was a good experience, and the price seems fair and reasonable. Thanks a lot Winnie!
