Jordan is definitely the superhero without cape to my rescue. My concealed leaking pipe in the kitchen had been giving us so much headache since Nov25, engaged a handyman to temporarily solve one leak. Jan 26, leaking and seeping of water appeared again. By chance, we found JD works. Jordan will never leave my questions unanswered. Knowing my situation, he came the next day to check on the issues. The night itself, he came out with the plan. Due to CNY period, no manpower, we waited for 2weeks. The wait is tiring because we need to keep sweeping the seepage of water. But the work done by the workers were impressive. They arrived on time, both of them will work on their own segments and not waste time at all, making the installation of new pipeline seamlessly done. Responses were prompt, punctual and service was great. I had to remove my existing toilet bowl to repair the leakage from wear and tear over the years that caused the leakage. It would have cost me more if the workmanship was bad, and the toilet bowl was cracked and had to be replaced. And it only took less than an hour to fix my side of the problem (another 3 hours to dry). Minimal inconvenience.
