Ordered a bouquet but found out my order had not registered when I went to collect it. Instead, JM offered to take one of its premade bouquets and extensively add the flowers I had originally ordered to this bouquet. In record time, I was presented with a bouquet of overwhelming size. Special thanks to Prema and the team at JM flower. This is the level of customer service that companies should aspire towards. A wonderful recovery from a technical error. Note: they also offered a full refund if i were to take one of the pre-made bouquets as is, but I was happy to have them add to the bouquet at the original price instead.

I ordered a Dendrobium Orchid arrangement featuring purple flowers mounted on a coconut husk (or similar base) with a trailing air plant. After placing my order online and recieved WhatsApp from JM. I was informed that the item was out of stock. The seller then sent me a photo of an alternative, which I accepted based on the image provided. However, when I received the order, it was completely different from the agreed alternative. It came in a different pot with only two orchid plants, and one of the orchid flowers had been cut off. This did not match the photo I had approved. I reached out via WhatsApp and email but have not received any response. I hope the seller can look into this and provide an explanation or resolution.

I found JM flower through a quick google search and was amazed by the selection of plants they have online. The team was able to reply quickly and have all my questions answered. Also, they were able to source for packaging that were more suitable to my request. To uphold to their same day delivery promise, I’ve received the order within 2 hours from my confirmation. I bought a pack of red pussy willows thinking it would add a festive touch for cny. It certainly did more than that. I am not sure what or how they colour the willows but from the moment I got them, it stained my clothes, my walls, my floors and my curtains. Of course you can remove them from non absorbent materials like floors but my clothes and curtains are ruined. I have written to them but apparently ignorance is their response. It’s disappointing because I have always wanted to support them but not anymore. Please avoid.
