About "JY Maison"
JY Maison is a student care provider operating from Blk 728 Ang Mo Kio Ave 6, with coverage across Singapore. The centre is KakiList-verified, meaning a real person has confirmed its operating details and contact information. It holds a perfect 5-out-of-5 rating on Google, though this is based on only 6 reviews, so it should be treated as directional rather than definitive. Fees are charged on a monthly recurring basis at a mid-range price point.
Families considering JY Maison are encouraged to enquire about available slots for their child's intended start month as early as possible, as student care places — particularly in AMK — can fill quickly. When you make contact via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form, ask about the daily routine, homework supervision approach, the ratio of staff to students, and the settling-in process for new children. It is also worth confirming whether the centre accepts GIRO payment and clarifying what is included in the monthly fee, such as snacks or enrichment activities.
The clearest next step is to reach out to JY Maison directly through WhatsApp or phone to check current vacancy for your child's school level and preferred start month, then arrange a centre visit before committing. Listing data is incomplete — contact "JY Maison" directly to confirm details.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

Very pleased to discover this gem. My child started during second term of P2 this year and has positive sharings about her time during student care. Ms Julie and all the teachers are very attentive to each child, and I feel assured that my daughter is in good care. On regular school day afternoons my girl is able to complete her homework and even practice for her spelling tests. During school holidays she even looks forward to starting her day at student care! :)
I enrolled my child on the Chinese class at JY Maison. I was skeptical at first as i wasn’t sure if she would be ok but later i was well assured that she is well taken care of and yes she is so happy since the first day. Ms Julie is an awesome teacher! I love her attentiveness and genuinely cares towards the children. I for sure know that my daughter is safe and she is sure enjoy her moment over there. Aside from that, The environment is clean and safe, have the close-knit family ambience. The fees are affordable too. Oh yes, they provide ukulele class too, my child love it!
My girl looks forward to go to your centre. She likes it because the other students talk and play with her and that makes her very happy. We are all very happy that she tries different kinds of food now because of the food she takes at the centre. She has improved on doing her homework in the centre and is more relaxed when she comes back home. She loves the Monday NBT classes. Generally all good. We have no negative comments at all about the centre. Many thanks to you and your teachers.. 🙏
Our kid attended JY Maison Student Care for a brief period (the center itself is rather new anyway). She reported that she had an enjoyable time there, with variety of activities in the center as well as the occasional activities outside (e.g. going to library, farm, baking studio, etc). Ms Julie takes care of the kids well and we have the impression that she manages the whole operation well too.
Highly recommend this school for your child. Here, the teachers are warm and nice to all the kidz. They have good knowledges in taking care kidz. I believe they are truelly kids lover.

JY Maison charges on a monthly recurring basis, positioned at a mid-range price point for student care in Singapore. When enquiring, ask specifically about the full fee breakdown, which typically includes a one-time registration fee, a refundable deposit (commonly one to two months' fees), and any uniform or insurance charges billed separately. Childcare and student care fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the monthly figure quoted should be the amount you pay without additional tax. Materials or activity fees, if charged, should be clarified upfront in writing. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Government subsidies for student care are available to Singapore citizen children enrolled at MOE-registered Student Care Centres. The MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) covers full or partial student care fees for eligible lower-income families, while means-tested subsidies through the Social Service Offices can further reduce costs depending on gross monthly household income. Permanent Resident children may qualify for partial support in some schemes, but at lower quantum than citizens. Subsidy amounts and eligibility criteria are reviewed periodically, so you should check directly with ECDA and the Ministry of Education for the most current figures before enrolment. Note that subsidy eligibility also depends on whether the specific centre is registered under the relevant government scheme. Confirm this with JY Maison during your enquiry.
Student care places in popular AMK estates can fill several months in advance, particularly for Primary 1 intake in January, when demand peaks. It is advisable to enquire at least three to six months ahead of your intended start date to avoid disappointment. To secure a place, centres typically require payment of a registration fee and a deposit. Contact JY Maison directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to ask about current availability for your child's school level and preferred start month. If there is a waitlist, ask how it is managed and what notice you will receive when a place becomes available.
