About KC Entertainment
KC Entertainment is an entertainment services provider operating islandwide across Singapore, listed on KakiList with verified operating details. With a Google rating of 2.3 from 18 reviews, caution is warranted — this is a small sample, and the score itself sits well below the category average, which prospective clients should weigh carefully before enquiring. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range ($$) on a package basis, though specific package prices are not publicly listed.
For entertainment bookings — whether a DJ, emcee, magician, mascot, live band, or similar — the typical engagement begins with a message to the provider outlining the event date, venue, headcount, and entertainment type required. Confirm what the package covers: the number of hours of performance or coverage, equipment provision (PA, lighting, microphones), setup and teardown time, travel charges for non-central venues, and the wet-weather or contingency plan if any portion of the event is outdoors. For HDB void deck or condo function room setups, ask whether KC Entertainment holds public liability insurance and can provide a certificate of coverage, as many venues require this before permitting setup. Deposit terms are typically 30–50% on signing, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event.
To take the next step, contact KC Entertainment at their office at 101 Penang Road, #01-03 House of Tan Yeok Nee, Singapore 238466, with your event date, venue, and entertainment brief — and request a written quotation, contract, and confirmation of public liability insurance before paying any deposit.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Worst organiser ever!!!! How could they give 600 tickets to sponsors for a giveaway??
Utterly disappointed with the planning for DPR - the dream reborn world tour 2024. Lousy venue and disgusting seat plan, treating a concert like some fairs. Cannot tolerate where there are 288/198/158 ticket prices but there will be no barricades! So I can just get a 158 ticket and push all my way to 288 pen? Indended to snatch the 288 ticket but decided not to go with such lousy venue and seat plan. Will look at nearby countries seating plan instead.
worst event organiser in singapore. For highlight show, added new seats with bad view and the price is same as those seats which has the better view. On top of that, never increased the fans limit to join the fan benefits, They just collect money from the fans only. Dont buy any tickets from this stupid event organiser and waste your money even though your idols are coming to Singapore. Better just watch at home or buy if it's other different event organisers instead !!!
Bought two cat.1 tickets for my parents to watch their all time favourite stars. I got them on day one, to ensure they can get good view of the performance, however the seats released earlier weren't bad. They were looking at the back of the stars at most of the time, and it was not easy for the first row audiences to watch through the screen. Moreover what's the point of paying so much for a live performance if the audiences need to keep watching through the screen? Those seats released later had the best view of the performance. And, from the photo they showed me, compared to the performers' other concerts in other countries, it was also partly due to bad stage layout too. I appreciate the organizer for bringing my parents' favourite stars' concert to Singapore though. It was a good show.
Badly organised and poorly managed time schedule. Merchandise booth gave wrong information asking people to come back at 630 when the correct time was 530 resulting in not being able to buy

KC Entertainment prices on a package basis at a mid-range ($$) tier, though specific figures are not publicly listed and will depend on the entertainment type, duration, and event requirements. Singapore market norms for reference: DJ or emcee for a 4-hour event typically S$600–2,000+; live bands S$1,500–5,000+ for a standard evening slot; magicians or mascot appearances S$500–1,500 for a 1–2 hour engagement; kids' party entertainment packages S$500–1,500 inclusive of simple décor or balloon work. Always confirm in writing what the package includes — hours of performance, equipment, setup and teardown windows, travel charge for non-central venues — and the deposit amount, balance schedule, and GST treatment. Request an itemised quotation before signing. See the full Entertainment cost guide for Singapore →
Lead time depends on the event type and date. For wedding entertainment (live band, DJ, emcee), 6–12 months ahead is advisable, particularly for popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November, which book out earliest. For kids' birthday parties and baby full-month or 100-day celebrations, 6–12 weeks is typical for in-demand performers. Corporate events with fixed dates should be locked in at least 8–12 weeks ahead. Confirm whether your chosen date is firm — a deposit typically holds it. If any portion of the event is outdoors, ask about the wet-weather contingency plan and whether an indoor backup is factored into the package. Popular entertainment acts in Singapore fill their calendars quickly around school holidays and festive periods.
Singapore industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the event date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date hold, pre-event planning, equipment reservation — and whether it is refundable or transferable if you need to postpone or cancel. Deposits are typically non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date, subject to availability. Ask specifically about the rescheduling policy in the event of a force-majeure situation such as a public-health restriction or venue cancellation. Also request confirmation of public liability insurance, particularly if the setup is at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue — the venue manager may require a copy of the certificate before permitting KC Entertainment to set up on site.
