The centre has been verified by KakiList, meaning a real person has confirmed its operating details and contact information. Fees are priced at the mid-range tier ($$) on a monthly recurring basis.
When exploring a student care placement, it is worth enquiring about available slots for your intended start month as early as possible, particularly if you are looking to begin in January, which is the peak intake period. During your initial enquiry, ask about the daily routine after school, the staff-to-child ratio, homework supervision arrangements, and the settling-in period for new students. Families with Singapore citizen children should also ask whether the centre is registered with ECDA, as this determines eligibility for government subsidies. Note that Kidsville Student Care does not currently list any regulatory licences, so it is important to clarify its ECDA registration status directly with the centre before committing.
The most straightforward next step is to contact Kidsville Student Care by phone or through the enquiry form to ask about current vacancy for your child's intended start month and to arrange a centre visit. Listing data is incomplete — contact "Kidsville Student Care" directly to confirm details.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

We are very glad to enroll our child at Kidsville. The principal (Ms Jasmine) and teachers are very nurturing and patient. There are meaningful activities planned for the children throughout the year, even during the school holidays. My child is always excited and looking forward to all the activities. They even planned overnight camps for the students which were very well-organized! Kudos to the planning committee! All these activities build independence and resilience in my child! Thank you to all the staff at Kidsville!😊
Transferred my 2 sons from another student care to kidsville. After 6months in kidsville, both are happy and satisfied compare with previous student care. Most important is parent also no need to worry if they are safe pick up by teacher as kidsville will have the apps to keep you posted when the kids are reporting to centre. Teacher will arrange the pick up even though just one student who stay back, even higher primary students. Kids are happy with the food prepared by aunty as I saw auntry buy vege freshly from market every morning. Kidsville also has fix schedule to ensure kids will have study time and play time in balance. Thanks you to all teachers, aunties and staff in the centre. Please keep it up. Thank you.

I am extremely happy that I have chosen Kidsville as my sons after care centre. Exclusively talented , friendly teachers and mentors for helping school works along with extra nourishment classes . Holiday programs and other enrichment programs conducted were so much exciting for my son . Thanks Kidsville team for the great effort to make him happy during his journey . ❤️❤️
Made the best choice to put my Daughter in this after school care, dedicated teachers, open for discussions and always planning for activities for school holidays. Daily ensure that kids get their homework done, and giving extra work for the kids to revise. Apart from work, activities, indoor and outdoor are incorporated to the daily schedules to have a good balance of study hard and work hard. Strongly recommended!

Kidsville Student Care is priced at the mid-range tier ($$) on a monthly recurring fee structure, which is the standard model for student care in Singapore. Beyond the monthly fee, families should ask about a one-time registration fee and a deposit, which is typically equivalent to one to two months of fees. Some centres also charge separately for uniform and personal accident insurance. Childcare and student care fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the monthly rate quoted should be the amount you pay. Always request a written fee schedule and confirm what is included — for example, whether curriculum materials, enrichment activities, or field trips attract additional charges. Government subsidies for student care are administered by MSF and ECDA and are available only at registered Student Care Centres. Singapore citizen children from lower- and middle-income households may be eligible for the Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA) scheme, which provides a monthly subsidy based on the family's gross monthly income. The subsidy quantum is income-tested and is reviewed periodically, so it is advisable to check the current figures directly on the MSF or ECDA website. Permanent Resident children are generally not eligible for SCFA. To access subsidies, the centre must be an approved SCFA vendor. As Kidsville Student Care does not currently list ECDA registration in its licence details, you should confirm its SCFA approval status directly before assuming subsidies apply. Always verify current subsidy amounts with ECDA, as figures are subject to change.
Student care places in popular Yishun-area centres can fill up several months in advance, and demand is highest for enrolment starting in January at the beginning of the school year. For primary school children, it is advisable to begin enquiring at least three to six months before your intended start date. To secure a place, most centres require payment of a registration fee and, in some cases, a deposit. Given that Kidsville Student Care has not disclosed current capacity or waitlist status, the most reliable approach is to contact the centre directly by phone or through its enquiry form to ask about availability for your child's school level and intended start month. Do not assume a place is available without confirmation.
