This is a go to clinic for my family. Every time came here with health issues; found a solution. Diagnosis is to the point. Dr Adib and Dr Wang are amazing with their expertise and answer all the questions with patience. We highly recommend this clinic especially if you nearby this is one stop solution for general illnesses. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

the clinic assistant on shift today (8/12/25, 6pm) has no compassion. i had told her that i forgot my child's cda card, so i asked whether i can let my child see the dr first then i will send him back home, come back to pay and take his medication. her reply was " now still early, you go back home take first then you come back again la"... me being a worried and disappointed parent, i quietly carried my sick child's stroller and walked out. i wouldnt be bringing my child to the clinic urgently if he did not need medical care. its not as if i want to steal the medication. me as a parent, i would not want to focus on stupid things like this, but when my child is sick, all i need to do is focus on getting medical care for him to feel better. please review this and do something.

I visited this clinic for a common cough and sinus issue, specifically struggling with post-nasal drip that was affecting my sleep. I clearly explained my symptoms and requested medication that could ease my discomfort and help me rest better. I also mentioned that over-the-counter medicines hadn’t helped me at all, and I doubt the medication she prescribed will make a difference. So far, I have seen other GPs who were willing to prescribe the medicine I requested, understanding that my sinus condition is serious, but Dr. Goh Lit Ching refused. It felt like she wasn’t really listening and was more focused on following a rigid approach, seemingly more concerned about covering herself than addressing my needs. This was my first time visiting the clinic, and I expected the doctor to take the time to ask more questions or try to understand my situation better. While I don’t expect a very long consultation, I did hope she would at least ask the basic questions—like how serious my sinus issue is. But to my surprise, she just rushed through the consultation—chop chop, and it was done. There was no effort to build rapport or understand me as a new patient, which made the entire experience feel cold and transactional. I also brought up a routine women’s health matter that I’ve comfortably discussed with other GPs and polyclinic doctors before, and which I have received such care from. However, she snapped at me without even asking much or trying to understand. She didn’t even bother to ask if I was married or discuss any chances of pregnancy but kept assuming I might be pregnant, despite me clearly stating multiple times that I was not. She then insisted on referring me to a specialist and withheld certain medications “just in case.” The lack of empathy and unwillingness to engage in a proper discussion about my concerns left me feeling completely unheard. The consultation left me frustrated and unsupported, and in the end, it felt no different from buying over-the-counter medicine on my own. But then, what’s the point of seeing a doctor if I could have just gone to a pharmacy and gotten the same results myself? On my way out, I even overheard other patients expressing hesitation about seeing her, and now I understand why. If you plan to visit this clinic, I’d strongly recommend checking which doctor is on duty before your appointment. If it’s locum Dr. Goh, I suggest reconsidering unless you're comfortable with a highly cautious and inflexible style of care. This kind of overly defensive approach, combined with a snappy attitude and rushed consultation, leaves patients feeling dismissed and undervalued. When GPs are unwilling to manage even straightforward issues, it’s no surprise that hospitals and specialists become overwhelmed. I expected more practical, supportive, and attentive care from a GP doctor, like the care I have received from other GPs and polyclinic doctors. I hope that doctors truly remember why they chose this profession—not just to earn easy money, but to genuinely care for and support their patients. I also hope that Kindred Family will be more careful in selecting their locum doctors in the future.
