We engaged Koble Smart home to install a motorised window system in my living room and my parents’ bedroom, and we are extremely satisfied with the result. It's a good investment, no regrets! I have had Koble smart switches installed in my home for over six months now, and they have truly made a significant difference. Initially, I only put them in certain areas, but the convenience quickly won me over, and I decided to convert all the remaining switches in my house. Appliances can be managed easily through the app, either by specific areas or with a quick 'master off' when I leave. I can also set a schedule or remotely monitor and control home devices overseas. The entire process, from initial planning with our consultant Jane to the smooth installation and configuration by the operations team, was excellent. They also provided a very helpful tutorial, making it easy to get comfortable with the new system. It's a practical upgrade that has definitely improved my daily routine. Our sales consultant Jane, is very nice, patient & helpful. She also has great product knowledge. Her customer service & after sales service is very good & prompt which is very important. Their technician Steve is very helpful & provided us a lot of guidance throughout the whole planning process.
