They made really good Souffle before despite service has always been non existent . They used to serve with vanilla bean sauce & ice cream. Now they stopped the sauce. And the cake is just dry and hard. Totally not what I was expecting Paid $43 for Souffle and creme brûlée which were both not up to expectations which is now not worth the price which I have always been willing to pay. Please maintain some standards, I hope to give it one more try, before I strike it off the list forever.

The order went thru smoothly. There's no follow-up until a whatsapp the day before to remind you of collection. They could've sent a whatsapp to say they have received the order rather than just the automated email at the point of order. Didn't realize it's a mousse cake and the 2 ladies didn't advice how the cake should be handled. The customer experience wasn't great. The packaging has thin and emphasized aesthetics over functionality. (Even Chateraise has done a better job by packing in cold gels into the box.) Only seen the words that it has to be kept at 4 degrees when throwing the box away. The cake is too sweet for our liking.

The BlackForest Cake here is touted as the Best in Singapore! Ordered a BlackForest Cake with LIQUEUR for my wife’s birthday. From the days of old, my first bite into a BlackForest Cake from Cafe Vienna, then has the best BlackForest cake in Singapore.. has such a wonderful liqueur flavour and well balanced cream and sponge cake. After Cafe Vienna closed down, the one other bakery came close to equal Cafe Vienna, was Baker’s Inn. Laurent Bernard, not only left out the liqueur, but the balance between sponge cake and cream is totally missing. A total disappointment! I will say this is my worst BlackForest cake I have ever had in my life, for the amount I have to pay. To all those who have commented it to be the best in Singapore, whose BlackForest cake are you comparing with?

craved for a scrumptious chocolate lava cake for my birthday dessert, and was recommended to come here. i couldn't care less about service, but not only was my cake forgotten about (despite it being the only food item we ordered), but it was NOT worth the wait. possibly the worse lava cake i have ever tried in my life, you are better off getting it from 7E or Dominos lol.... chocolate lava cake? more like sticky date pudding. Rip-off!!!!!
