Entire process from getting a housemoving quote, right up to moving day was very smooth and efficient. Moving team was patient, friendly and professional. This was very important as it doesn't stress you out as housemoving can be very stressful. Extremely pleased with the service from both Derek and his team! Price quoted was also very reasonable. I made a poor selection of this logistics provider believing they are professional and ended with my Simmons King-sized storage bed and Simmons Mattress which cost me $5000 being damaged. I should not have believed the salesperson who did a home site visit that they provided a better quality of service than the average movers. Told the handlers to be careful with the expensive bed set during the house move on 18 Aug 2017 but it ended with open deep cuts to mattress and tears to bed frame. Refer to photos for the extensive damage done. Company was at first in denial and finally agreed to only compensate $100 for bad damage done which I declined. If you are in my shoes, will you accept $100 for the damage to your good bed set? Company was fast in responding to sale call but turned out to be very unresponsive when damage occurred. Company refused to respond or receive my calls when I told them I will provide a review on them online. I totally do not recommend the use of this logistics provider. If you want a peace of mind during your house move, save yourself the headache and look for a more reliable logistics provider than this one. It was the biggest mistake on my part and now I had to dig deeper into my pocket to replace my damaged bed. LCH Logistics now even claimed that they offered $500 to me as compensation when they only communicated max. $100 for two items that cost so much. What a lie! Please follow my reviews on RenoTalk. Company persistently attempted to cover the bad review on them through false claims of compensation and trying to turn the tables on me. To date 5 Sep 2017, no payment compensation was made by company for my damaged mattress and bed frame. Through what I have experienced with them thus far, they have indeed turned out to be quite unreliable and very untrustworthy. An absolute nightmare for customer when things go wrong.
