This is a complaint regarding my recent consultation with Dr. Belinda A. Woodworth at her clinic. On 26th Feb 2026, I visited the clinic with high fever, severe cough, and significant phlegm. During the consultation, I informed the doctor that I had previously taken a specific cough medication which had worked effectively for me. I requested whether it could be prescribed again. Where my last visit was months ago. I was informed by Dr. Woodworth that the clinic had stopped carrying or prescribing that medication “long ago.” Based on this representation, I accepted the alternative medications prescribed to me, which included just an ordinary paracetamol, one bottle of cough syrup, and a dissolvable tablet for phlegm.which I could have just bought it from a pharmacy. No antibiotics or anti-inflammatory medication were prescribed. After leaving the clinic, I encountered another patient who’s my neighbour had just been prescribed the exact medication I had requested. She showed me the medication and 2 bottles of it, which appeared to be the exact product I was told was no longer available at the clinic. This has caused me serious concern regarding the accuracy of the information provided to me during my consultation. Furthermore, the medication prescribed to me did not effectively relieve my fever and cough symptoms. Only the phlegm medication provided some improvement. I would like clarification on the following: 1. Whether the medication was not given to my skin type? 2. why I was informed that it had been discontinued in your clinic when clearly it wasn’t. 3. The medical reasoning behind the treatment plan given my presenting symptoms of high fever and severe cough. 4. Did you just want me to revisit again and spend more again? I am seeking transparency and accountability regarding this matter, as the inconsistency has significantly affected my confidence in the consultation and care provided. I look forward to your response. Thank you
Horrific experience at this clinic. The older lady at the counter with short hair was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and loud. Instead of showing basic professionalism, she openly gossiped about patients in front of everyone in the waiting area—going as far as to call one a “gangster.” It was appalling to witness, and deeply humiliating for the people she was talking about. This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of empathy, discretion, and respect. It’s one thing to deal with inefficiency, but to have staff publicly insult and ridicule patients is beyond unacceptable. It is unprofessional to the point of being dangerous, because who would ever trust such a place with their health or personal information? Frankly, this outlet should, at the very least, re-hire and retrain its staff. Medical care is supposed to provide comfort and confidentiality, not hostility and humiliation. I will never step foot in this clinic again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before entrusting their wellbeing to such a disgracefully run establishment.
It was honestly one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had at a clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff gave off an unprofessional attitude — they were standing around chatting and laughing among themselves instead of attending to patients who were waiting. I stood there for quite some time, clearly waiting to register, but none of them bothered to acknowledge or approach me until I had to interrupt their conversation. Even after the consultation, the service continued to be frustrating. I was told to wait for my medication, but there was no communication or update at all. I ended up waiting for more than 20 minutes, watching the staff move around aimlessly while my name was never called. I eventually had to go up to the counter to ask about my medication, only to find out it had been ready but no one had informed me. The entire visit left a very negative impression — from poor communication and lack of professionalism to the complete disregard for patients’ time. It felt like the staff were more focused on their own conversations than providing proper care or service.
Visited this clinic today for the first time as I was very sick with painful sore throat & fever. The front receptionists were professional & at the same time polite in handling my registration. Was attended by Dr Goh who prescribed the right medication for me & I felt much better after taking them. It was a good first time experience in this clinic. Keep up the good impression
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the rude behaviour I experienced during my recent visit to your clinic for a check-up. As it was my first time at your clinic, I was unfamiliar with your procedures. After my consultation, I informed the nurse handling the billing that my visit was covered under a corporate account. Instead of responding with understanding, she reacted with visible frustration and said, “Why didn’t you say earlier? Now I have to key in everything again.” I explained that I wasn’t aware of the process, and that in other clinics, the staff would usually ask if it’s a corporate visit. That’s why I mentioned it before making any payment. Throughout the process, both nurses continued to speak in an angry tone in Chinese, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. After they completed everything, they did not even inform me that the transaction was settled and that I had nothing to pay. I stood there awkwardly passing her my card for payment, unsure if I could leave, and had to ask twice if everything was done. One of the nurses finally responded in a curt and irritated tone, saying, “Yes, done already. No need to pay.” Her tone was uncalled for and left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. I believe that patients especially first-time visitors should be treated with patience, professionalism, and respect. I hope you will look into this matter and take appropriate steps to ensure that other patients do not go through a similar experience.
