New patients typically begin with an initial consultation and assessment, during which the chiropractor takes a case history, evaluates posture and range of motion, and identifies the presenting concern — whether that is back or neck pain, postural dysfunction, headaches, or a sports-related complaint. From there, a care plan is discussed, which may involve a course of adjustments or a single-session approach depending on the condition. Patients can reach Lifesystems Chiropractic via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to ask about appointment availability, session duration, and whether an ongoing package or pay-per-session arrangement suits their situation. A cancellation policy is worth confirming at booking.
To get started, contact Lifesystems Chiropractic directly via WhatsApp or phone to book an initial consultation and describe your presenting condition ahead of your first visit.
Confirm the practitioner's credentials (DC degree, institution, professional association membership) before treatment, as chiropractic is not yet regulated by a statutory board with a public licence register in Singapore.
My experience has been amazing. Dr. Lim is so knowledgeable makes each visit relaxing. You leave feeling renewed. He is also kind and tells you exactly what's happening. He only does necessary adjustments and each one is bespoke to your body and issues. I cannot recommend him enough.
Our body is more than physical and rough treatments of slash, poison and burn to heal. This is more than mere bone adjustments as we walk through eye opening healing with some very subtle exercises and manipulations that can give almost instant change. Very happy to meet Dr Lim to receive healing. Highly recommended.
Dr Lim is always very patient in getting to know what affects your body in your daily life, and is always determined to fix it. He is like a sorcerer, asking your body what is needed to be fixed, and it is not always about cracking. This type of treatment changed my perspective on our body so much! A few years ago, Dr Lim had also helped me to treat my perturbing disc and this non-intrusive treat method helped me so much, and not needing surgery. Have been visiting Dr Lim for years and now I do not have to be as frequent anymore! Thank you for this, Dr Lim! (:
My wife and I have been visiting Dr Tim over the years and have always found his treatment to be astonishingly effective. Whether the pain originates from head, back, muscular or spinal. He has been able to address the issues in almost always a single visit. We really appreciate the holistic, natural, drug free and non invasive form of treatment. Many centres will push their packages, plan and promotion on you. Dr Tim doesn't take advantage of his patients and always prioritise care first.
Started to see Dr Lim after cervical spondylosis diagnosis. Almost immediate pain relief after each visit. The condition improved after a few visits. I've been seeing Dr Lim for several years now for tuning.

Specific per-session fees for Lifesystems Chiropractic were not published at the time of this listing. In Singapore, chiropractic initial consultations typically run S$80–150, with follow-up adjustment sessions at S$60–120. Many clinics offer package rates for a committed course of care, which can reduce the per-session cost. Confirm the first-visit fee, whether it differs from follow-up sessions, and whether package pricing is available before your appointment. Also ask whether GST is included in the quoted rate and what the cancellation or no-show policy is. See the full chiropractic cost guide for Singapore →
No referral is required to book a chiropractic appointment in Singapore. At Lifesystems Chiropractic, the initial visit typically includes a health history intake and a physical assessment before any adjustment is performed. Patients with complex spinal conditions, recent fractures, osteoporosis, or vascular concerns should disclose these at booking, as certain chiropractic techniques may have contraindications. A GP referral is not mandatory, but having one can support an insurance claim if your policy covers chiropractic care. Bring any relevant imaging (X-rays, MRI reports) to the first appointment if you have them, as these help the chiropractor assess your case more accurately.
Chiropractors in Singapore are not currently regulated under a statutory licensing board equivalent to the Allied Health Professions Council. However, credentialled chiropractors typically hold a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from a programme accredited by the Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE) or an equivalent body, and may be members of the Chiropractic Association of Singapore (CAS). Before booking, ask Lifesystems Chiropractic for the treating chiropractor's degree, the institution it was awarded by, and any professional association memberships. This is the most practical way to verify credentials in the absence of a statutory public register in Singapore.
