New patients typically begin with an initial consultation during which the chiropractor takes a case history, discusses presenting concerns such as back pain, neck stiffness, headaches, or postural issues, and may perform orthopaedic and neurological assessments before recommending a care plan. Patients should enquire about whether a single session or a structured package is recommended for their condition, the cancellation policy, and what to expect in terms of frequency and duration of care. If you intend to claim through an insurer, it is worth confirming whether the chiropractor can provide receipts in a format compatible with your policy.
To take the next step, contact Lion City Chiropractic (CBD) by phone or via the enquiry form on their listing to book an initial consultation and confirm current appointment availability and fees.

Doctor Shara has been very professional and knowledgeable in her field of work. I felt really great after a series of treatment sessions. Better sleep quality and eliminated knee pain after long runs. Would definitely recommend anyone who needs some spine adjustments.
All the staff at Lion City Chiropractic are so kind and helpful. Thank you for helping me maintain my spine and keep me pain free and to do what I enjoy!
I highly recommend Dr Shara at Lion City Chriopractor for anyone seeking effective and compassionate chiropractic care. I’ve been a patient for less than 3 months and I’ve consistently received exceptional service. Dr Shara is recommended by my colleagues and she is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I fully understand my treatment plan and any necessary lifestyle adjustments. The clinic is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and professional. Since starting my treatments, I've experienced significant relief from shoulder, mid and lower back pain, and I can honestly say my quality of life and sleep has greatly improved. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking for preventative care, I would confidently recommend Dr Shara and team for top-notch chiropractic services.
Had a really positive experience with Dr Shara but unfortunately wouldn’t come back because of my encounter with the radiologist (name starts with A) who explained my xray. She kept putting her hand on my thigh when going through the xray. We are both females but still, it was a very uncomfortable experience. She might have been trying to build rapport through physical touch but it was uncomfortable but I felt bad to tell her to stop. She also gave quite a bit of unsolicited opinions and advice on the treatment the chiro might provide for me, and also said “you are very lucky I am here today to explain all this to you”. I didn’t feedback straight away at the counter because I wanted to save her the embarrassment in front of her colleagues (she followed me all the way there) but this encounter still has been on my mind though this appointment happened some time ago. I would love to see Dr Shara again, but the experience with this radiologist was so off putting it has absolutely deterred me from going back. On Dr Shara’s end, she is very amicable and made me feel at ease. I would have given 5 stars and bought the package without this encounter with the radiologist.
Have had an amazing experience at this clinic. The chiropractors are super knowledgeable and attentive to small changes, and the staff have been extremely friendly with pre-treatment movement and post-treatment follow up

Specific per-session fees for Lion City Chiropractic (CBD) were not published at the time of this listing. Singapore market norms for chiropractic: an initial consultation with assessment typically runs S$80–150, with follow-up adjustment sessions at S$70–120. Many clinics offer packages of 6–10 sessions at a bundled rate. Confirm whether the first visit involves a separate assessment fee on top of any treatment, and ask about the cancellation and no-show policy before booking. GST applies to chiropractic services. If you plan to claim through an insurer or Medisave, confirm eligibility directly with the clinic, as Medisave does not currently cover chiropractic care. A GP referral is not required to book a chiropractic consultation in Singapore, though having one can support insurance reimbursement claims and ensures the chiropractor has access to any relevant imaging or medical history. At the first visit, expect to complete an intake form covering your medical history, current symptoms, and lifestyle factors. The chiropractor will typically conduct a postural and range-of-motion assessment before any hands-on treatment begins. Patients with certain conditions — osteoporosis, recent fractures, inflammatory arthritis, or those on blood thinners — should disclose these upfront, as some techniques may be contraindicated. If your condition has been investigated by a specialist, bringing relevant imaging (X-ray, MRI) to the first appointment will help the chiropractor form a clearer picture.
Chiropractic is not currently regulated under a statutory licensing board in Singapore, unlike physiotherapy (AHPC) or traditional Chinese medicine (TCMPB). There is no government public register of chiropractors. The relevant voluntary body is the Chiropractic Association of Singapore (CAS); membership signals that the practitioner holds a recognised chiropractic degree (typically a 5-year Doctor of Chiropractic from an accredited institution such as RMIT, Palmer, or Life University) and adheres to a professional code of conduct. When booking, ask for the consulting chiropractor's qualification, the institution it was awarded by, and whether they are a CAS member. This is the strongest available trust signal in the absence of statutory registration. Lion City Chiropractic (CBD) does not list regulatory licences on its KakiList profile — confirm credentials directly with the clinic before committing to a course of care.
