About Lion City Chiropractic (Clementi)
Lion City Chiropractic (Clementi) is a chiropractic wellness provider listed on KakiList, located at Paya Lebar Square. KakiList has verified its operating details and contact channels. New clients typically begin with a first consultation where the chiropractor takes a case history, assesses posture and spinal alignment, and identifies the presenting complaint — whether that is lower back pain, neck stiffness, headaches, or sports-related issues. Based on this assessment, a care plan is proposed, which may involve a single session or a course of adjustments. Clients should discuss whether they prefer a pay-per-session arrangement or a package, and confirm the cancellation and no-show policy upfront. Chiropractic care in Singapore is not a regulated profession under the Allied Health Professions Council, so it is worth asking the practitioner directly about their academic qualifications, professional memberships, and years of clinical experience before proceeding.
To take the next step, contact Lion City Chiropractic (Clementi) by phone or through the enquiry form to book a first consultation and discuss your specific condition and care goals.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Doctor Shara has been very professional and knowledgeable in her field of work. I felt really great after a series of treatment sessions. Better sleep quality and eliminated knee pain after long runs. Would definitely recommend anyone who needs some spine adjustments.
All the staff at Lion City Chiropractic are so kind and helpful. Thank you for helping me maintain my spine and keep me pain free and to do what I enjoy!
I highly recommend Dr Shara at Lion City Chriopractor for anyone seeking effective and compassionate chiropractic care. I’ve been a patient for less than 3 months and I’ve consistently received exceptional service. Dr Shara is recommended by my colleagues and she is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I fully understand my treatment plan and any necessary lifestyle adjustments. The clinic is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and professional. Since starting my treatments, I've experienced significant relief from shoulder, mid and lower back pain, and I can honestly say my quality of life and sleep has greatly improved. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking for preventative care, I would confidently recommend Dr Shara and team for top-notch chiropractic services.
Had a really positive experience with Dr Shara but unfortunately wouldn’t come back because of my encounter with the radiologist (name starts with A) who explained my xray. She kept putting her hand on my thigh when going through the xray. We are both females but still, it was a very uncomfortable experience. She might have been trying to build rapport through physical touch but it was uncomfortable but I felt bad to tell her to stop. She also gave quite a bit of unsolicited opinions and advice on the treatment the chiro might provide for me, and also said “you are very lucky I am here today to explain all this to you”. I didn’t feedback straight away at the counter because I wanted to save her the embarrassment in front of her colleagues (she followed me all the way there) but this encounter still has been on my mind though this appointment happened some time ago. I would love to see Dr Shara again, but the experience with this radiologist was so off putting it has absolutely deterred me from going back. On Dr Shara’s end, she is very amicable and made me feel at ease. I would have given 5 stars and bought the package without this encounter with the radiologist.
Have had an amazing experience at this clinic. The chiropractors are super knowledgeable and attentive to small changes, and the staff have been extremely friendly with pre-treatment movement and post-treatment follow up

Lion City Chiropractic (Clementi) displays a mid-range price indicator, though specific per-session fees are not publicly listed. No formal referral is required to book a chiropractic appointment. At your first visit, expect to complete an intake form covering your medical history, current medications, and the nature of your complaint. The chiropractor will conduct a physical assessment before performing any adjustment. A GP referral is not mandatory but can be helpful if you intend to claim under an insurance policy or if your condition involves complex spinal pathology, osteoporosis, recent fractures, or post-surgical recovery — in those cases, a medical clearance letter is advisable. Disclose all relevant medical history during the intake assessment.
Chiropractic practice in Singapore is not currently regulated under the Allied Health Professions Act, which means there is no single government register against which to verify a chiropractor's credentials. Reputable practitioners typically hold a degree from an accredited chiropractic institution (Doctor of Chiropractic from a recognised overseas university) and may hold voluntary membership with the Chiropractic Association of Singapore (CAS). Before booking, ask the practitioner directly about their qualification, the institution they attended, years of clinical practice, and any specialist areas. Membership in the CAS is a voluntary trust signal worth confirming. See the full chiropractic cost guide for Singapore →
