New clients typically begin with a first consultation in which the chiropractor takes a detailed history, discusses the presenting condition or goal — whether musculoskeletal pain, postural concerns, sports recovery, or general spinal health — and may conduct a physical or orthopaedic assessment before any adjustment. Single sessions are available, though many clients move to a structured care plan or package after the initial visit. It is worth confirming the cancellation and rescheduling policy, as chiropractic clinics commonly require 24 hours' notice to avoid a late-cancellation charge.
To take the next step, contact Lion City Chiropractic (Tampines) by phone or through their enquiry form to book a first consultation and ask about current session rates and package options.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Doctor Shara has been very professional and knowledgeable in her field of work. I felt really great after a series of treatment sessions. Better sleep quality and eliminated knee pain after long runs. Would definitely recommend anyone who needs some spine adjustments.
All the staff at Lion City Chiropractic are so kind and helpful. Thank you for helping me maintain my spine and keep me pain free and to do what I enjoy!
I highly recommend Dr Shara at Lion City Chriopractor for anyone seeking effective and compassionate chiropractic care. I’ve been a patient for less than 3 months and I’ve consistently received exceptional service. Dr Shara is recommended by my colleagues and she is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I fully understand my treatment plan and any necessary lifestyle adjustments. The clinic is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and professional. Since starting my treatments, I've experienced significant relief from shoulder, mid and lower back pain, and I can honestly say my quality of life and sleep has greatly improved. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking for preventative care, I would confidently recommend Dr Shara and team for top-notch chiropractic services.
Had a really positive experience with Dr Shara but unfortunately wouldn’t come back because of my encounter with the radiologist (name starts with A) who explained my xray. She kept putting her hand on my thigh when going through the xray. We are both females but still, it was a very uncomfortable experience. She might have been trying to build rapport through physical touch but it was uncomfortable but I felt bad to tell her to stop. She also gave quite a bit of unsolicited opinions and advice on the treatment the chiro might provide for me, and also said “you are very lucky I am here today to explain all this to you”. I didn’t feedback straight away at the counter because I wanted to save her the embarrassment in front of her colleagues (she followed me all the way there) but this encounter still has been on my mind though this appointment happened some time ago. I would love to see Dr Shara again, but the experience with this radiologist was so off putting it has absolutely deterred me from going back. On Dr Shara’s end, she is very amicable and made me feel at ease. I would have given 5 stars and bought the package without this encounter with the radiologist.
Have had an amazing experience at this clinic. The chiropractors are super knowledgeable and attentive to small changes, and the staff have been extremely friendly with pre-treatment movement and post-treatment follow up

Lion City Chiropractic (Tampines) displays mid-range ($$) pricing, but specific per-session fees were not available in the listing at the time of publication. In the Singapore chiropractic market, a first consultation typically runs S$80–150, which may include a postural or orthopaedic assessment alongside the initial adjustment. Follow-up sessions generally range from S$70–120, with multi-session packages often offered at a lower per-visit rate. Confirm the exact fee for your first visit when booking, and ask whether the initial consultation is priced differently from ongoing sessions. Also clarify the cancellation policy, as many clinics apply a fee for short-notice cancellations. See the full Chiropractic cost guide for Singapore →
A GP referral is not required to book a chiropractic consultation in Singapore, though having one can assist with insurance reimbursement under certain Integrated Shield Plans or corporate health benefit schemes — check your policy before your first visit. At the first appointment, you will typically complete an intake form covering your medical history, current symptoms, medications, and any previous injuries or surgeries. Contraindications for chiropractic manipulation include certain spinal fractures, severe osteoporosis, active cancer in the spine, and some vascular conditions — disclose your full medical history so the chiropractor can determine the appropriate treatment approach. If your condition is complex or involves neurological symptoms such as numbness, weakness, or bladder changes, the practitioner may recommend imaging or a specialist referral before proceeding.
Chiropractic practice in Singapore is not currently regulated under a statutory licensing board in the same way as physiotherapy (AHPC) or TCM (TCMPB). There is no mandatory government register to verify against. Voluntary registration with the Chiropractic Association of Singapore (CAS) is the primary professional trust signal — members are typically graduates of accredited chiropractic programmes recognised by the World Federation of Chiropractic. When booking, ask the treating chiropractor directly for their academic qualification (Doctor of Chiropractic, D.C., from an accredited institution), their CAS membership status, and any post-graduate specialisations relevant to your condition. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on any relevant board's public register before treatment, and check whether the clinic carries professional indemnity insurance.
