Patients typically begin with an initial consultation in which the chiropractor takes a detailed case history, discusses presenting concerns such as back pain, neck pain, headaches, or postural issues, and may conduct a physical or orthopaedic assessment before recommending a care plan. Treatment may be offered as a single session or a structured package of visits depending on the condition. It is worth confirming session duration, package commitment terms, and the cancellation or rescheduling policy before proceeding. Those with complex spinal conditions or recent surgery should discuss contraindications with both their GP and the chiropractor prior to commencing care.

Doctor Shara has been very professional and knowledgeable in her field of work. I felt really great after a series of treatment sessions. Better sleep quality and eliminated knee pain after long runs. Would definitely recommend anyone who needs some spine adjustments.
All the staff at Lion City Chiropractic are so kind and helpful. Thank you for helping me maintain my spine and keep me pain free and to do what I enjoy!
I highly recommend Dr Shara at Lion City Chriopractor for anyone seeking effective and compassionate chiropractic care. I’ve been a patient for less than 3 months and I’ve consistently received exceptional service. Dr Shara is recommended by my colleagues and she is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I fully understand my treatment plan and any necessary lifestyle adjustments. The clinic is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and professional. Since starting my treatments, I've experienced significant relief from shoulder, mid and lower back pain, and I can honestly say my quality of life and sleep has greatly improved. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking for preventative care, I would confidently recommend Dr Shara and team for top-notch chiropractic services.
Had a really positive experience with Dr Shara but unfortunately wouldn’t come back because of my encounter with the radiologist (name starts with A) who explained my xray. She kept putting her hand on my thigh when going through the xray. We are both females but still, it was a very uncomfortable experience. She might have been trying to build rapport through physical touch but it was uncomfortable but I felt bad to tell her to stop. She also gave quite a bit of unsolicited opinions and advice on the treatment the chiro might provide for me, and also said “you are very lucky I am here today to explain all this to you”. I didn’t feedback straight away at the counter because I wanted to save her the embarrassment in front of her colleagues (she followed me all the way there) but this encounter still has been on my mind though this appointment happened some time ago. I would love to see Dr Shara again, but the experience with this radiologist was so off putting it has absolutely deterred me from going back. On Dr Shara’s end, she is very amicable and made me feel at ease. I would have given 5 stars and bought the package without this encounter with the radiologist.
Have had an amazing experience at this clinic. The chiropractors are super knowledgeable and attentive to small changes, and the staff have been extremely friendly with pre-treatment movement and post-treatment follow up

No GP referral is required to book a chiropractic consultation in Singapore, though having one can support an insurance or Medisave claim if your policy covers chiropractic care — check your insurer's terms before your first visit. At the initial appointment, the chiropractor will typically conduct a postural assessment, range-of-motion tests, and a case history review to identify the root cause of your complaint. Patients with a history of osteoporosis, recent fractures, spinal surgery, or vascular conditions should inform the chiropractor before treatment begins, as certain adjustments may be contraindicated. If you have recent imaging such as X-rays or MRI scans, bring these along as they can inform the care plan.
