The cashier attended to me warmly, and I was genuinely impressed by their cold room filled with fresh flowers and the three cheerful staff members busy wrapping bouquets. The cashier advised me to place an order online so they could process it and explained that they would need some time to prepare. That was completely fine. I went home, completed my errands, and returned in 2 hours—and the hamper was already sitting at the counter waiting for me. It was beautifully arranged, thoughtfully packed, and even came with a lovely card and a small bouquet of fresh flowers. The flowers were incredibly fresh, and the overall presentation was stunning. I’m truly impressed by their prompt service, the kindness of their staff, and the positive energy in the shop. You can really feel that the hamper was assembled with care and happiness by the team. My colleague received it with great joy, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Highly recommended!

What you see on the website is not exactly what you get. Ordered a fruit basket for a birthday gift to an elder family member. The good: reasonable price that includes same day delivery and a cute card. Responsive to queries on WhatsApp and offered service recovery. The bad: Photo and product are different. Flowers came separate from fruits — and instead of roses, became 2 gerberas and 1 carnation. Fruits presentation looks messy. Felt embarrassed as it was a gift. After giving feedback to the store, received reply that “the items same” and website photo was taken from higher angle. They offered $10 off future purchase. However, do think carefully before buying for important occasions, especially if presentation matters. Despite the fair price, wouldn’t have bought if I knew it would look the way it did.
