Vincent was my sergeant major during my NS times, you know, he's takes care of his men all the time and this translates into his professionalism outside of NS. I decided to engage him as my agent because I know that he will take care of our needs professionally just like how he takes care of us during NS. I engaged him to sell our house, and also help us source for houses to buy. You know what? The first person who went to our house ends up buying the house. Thats within I think a day or 2 from posting it online. It's extremely quick! And also the first house we visited, ends up being the house we wanted to buy! Vincent also helped us negotiate all the prices and he's very patient and guides us through all the nitty and gritty details, and whatever questions, stupid questions also, he answers all of them!
