About Livera Care
Livera Care is a senior daycare provider operating islandwide from its centre at ICON@Changi on Changi Road. The listing has been verified by KakiList, though no ACRA registration or regulatory licences are on record, and the Google rating of 4.5 is based on only 8 reviews — too small a sample to draw firm conclusions. Pricing is indicated as mid-range ($$) but no specific fee structure has been provided.
Families considering senior daycare typically begin with a care assessment covering the elder's mobility, medical conditions, cognitive state, and daily support needs. It is worth confirming what hours of care are offered, whether the programme includes therapeutic activities or nursing oversight, and how the centre handles medical incidents during the day. Clarify whether transport to and from the centre is arranged, and whether a trial period is available so both the elder and family can gauge comfort and fit before committing. Family decision-makers should also ask about staffing ratios and the qualifications of care staff.
Contact Livera Care directly by phone or via the enquiry form on their listing to arrange a visit to the ICON@Changi centre, discuss your loved one's care needs, and request a written breakdown of fees and services before making any commitment. Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
We wanted to bring my grandma home from the hospital before she breathed her last and was rushing for time. Irene coordinated the arrangements for us despite the late hour. And due to her dedication, we were able to bring my grandma home in less than 2 days after my first contact with Irene. Although my grandma passed away less than 12 hours later, we were so relieved we got to fulfil her last wish; to be at home. And this was made possible by Irene and we will forever be grateful. Nurse Karen was assigned to my grandma. Without prompting, Irene arranged for Nurse Karen to meet the family at the hospital to accompany my grandma home. Nurse Karen was so gentle and spoke comfortingly to my grandma despite the short time they spent together. Those around them felt comforted too. Irene displayed lots of sympathy and empathy at the news of my grandma's passing and facilitated the refund without being asked. My family and I are truly appreciative for the heart work that Irene and Karen have done
We were very grateful for Home Instead team who helped us when we were in need for caregiver service. My mom needed to go for daily radiation for period of 3 weeks, which was difficult for us as working couple. With Irene's help in assigning a daily caregiver who came to pick up my mom, brought her to hospital, waited for her session and brought her home, it was such a huge relief. Knowing she was in safe hand with updates when my mom had reached home, we were very grateful. Even the protocol was quite strict, by making sure caregiver met my mom in her house for pick up and waited until she entered her house. Invoicing of the service and any related transport was done meticulously by Irene and we never had any dispute. Once again, thank you to Irene, Berenice and Natasha for taking good care of my mom. We will definitely rely on Home Instead for future assistance.
Got in touch with Reuben from Home Instead for the caregiving services for my sister. I appreciate that communications are personalised, prompt, and human-to human. In order to fit our needs, Reuben had to reschedule the roster of his caregivers, which I am extremely grateful and thankful for. Unfortunately, despite all Reuben had done for us, we ultimately did not utilize the services he had arranged, due to my sister's untimely passing. Special thanks to Berenice (the contracted caregiver) and Jamaliyah (the nurse) who stayed on with me on the day I was told my sister would not make it past the weekend. They offered much comfort and companionship during a very difficult time. I wholeheartedly recommend Home Instead for their reliable, well-coordinated, and personalised services.
On my last visit to Singapore, I was a bit apprehensive because being a stroke survivor from Australia, I was accustomed to daily showers and care from my Ndis support workers. I reached out to Reuben from Home Instead who accommodated to my requests. I was pleasantly surprised by the carer, Khin and Berenice who were caring and helped me even with my walks and exercise. They were excellent and well matched to my needs. Because of Home Instead’s services and Reuben’s help I would not hesitate recommending them. I will definitely use again when I return to Singapore.
Hi Irene & team, since 16 April 2021, my mum and family have enjoyed excellent caregiving services from your care professionals, especially on short notice for urgent needs. I especially want to thank Cindy who has been always there for my mum on the days my mum's helper is not around. We look forward to having Cindy with us in 2023 too!

Livera Care's pricing is indicated as mid-range ($$), but no specific hourly, daily, or monthly fee has been published. Senior daycare in Singapore typically runs S$60–120 per day, with monthly costs varying by the number of days attended and the level of care required. Some centres charge a registration or assessment fee on top of the daily rate. Additional costs to confirm include transport to and from the centre, meals, consumables, and any public holiday surcharges. Ask whether the fee covers nursing supervision or is limited to general day programmes. See the full eldercare cost guide for Singapore →
Livera Care operates as a senior daycare centre, which is a visit-based model — the elder attends during the day and returns home in the evening. This suits families who provide overnight care themselves or have a live-in helper at home, but need structured daytime support, social engagement, and supervision for the elder. When enquiring, confirm the centre's daily operating hours, what the programme includes (activities, meals, nursing checks, therapy), and whether a short trial period is offered before committing to a regular schedule. Ask about the policy if the elder is unwell on a booked day, and whether partial-week attendance is available.
No regulatory licences are currently on record for Livera Care, and the centre does not appear in public AIC or MOH registration data based on information provided. Before enrolling a family member, ask the centre directly for evidence of staff qualifications — relevant credentials include nursing certificates, WSQ Community and Social Services training, and dementia care certification where appropriate. Also confirm whether the centre holds public liability insurance covering client incidents on the premises, and whether care staff are covered under workmen's compensation. For clinical care needs, verify that any nursing services are delivered by registered nurses with active AHPC registration.
