Engaged them for changing door lock and letterbox lock. Wonderful locksmith people, even though I never gotten the opportunity to use them. I called them just now as I was trapped outside my house. My lock jammed. They gave me advice and were very quick on their feet to be travelling to my place (within 45 to 50 mins they could be there). About 30 mins later, somehow I managed to unlock the gate myself and I felt so bad as they must have been on their way. I offered payment for the trouble but they refused and said that they were happy just to know that I managed to get into my house. I am very touched. And somehow they made my day too. I’ll recommend Vincent Locksmith. They are transparent about their pricing and their service is great. I hope you guys will continue to go on and help other people with their locks and have a successful business.
