The Lorry provides a platform that is easy to book however it’s an open platform for freelance movers to pick up job. These freelance movers often try to strike a personal deal or make extra dollars from the booking by quoting “your job is more than what you book”, “this condo very strict nobody wants to take”, “your box not too cannot stack, cannot move, difficult”, “your job takes long I have to reject other jobs” and worse is, our items were not taken care of with the below images for your reference. Use at your own risk as company does not QC or have controls over the quality of movers / driver / contractors that picks up the job!

This is a scam company. I went to their registered address in Singapore, but it belongs to a completely different company. My lorry booking kept showing "Assigning driver," and I couldn't reach any customer service at all. Beware and don't fall for this scam!

Completely unreliable! Booked way in advance and they cancelled hours before, giving lame excuses that it was "in the outskirts" - Singapore is tiny, please.

Worst ever. Received notificiationc confirming the booking and driver details however on the moving date itself, when we called the driver contact provided only to know that he is not available. Contacted their customer service through watsapo chat only to realise driver is unable to make a delivery at that moment. We have already moved all our items to the lobby waiting for the driver and no action or notification from thelorry informing us on the cancellation until we called. All the did was a sorry that the driver unable to make a delivery at that time. They did not even try to reassign a new driver to us immediately. We were just left there stranded and had to sought our own mover the very last minute. Very bad experience, very bad customer service. Very bad internal controls management.
