The true "extra mile" occurred later that day. Upon attempting to install the tap at home, I discovered the hose connection was incompatible with my existing outlets. I called the store to inquire about a pipe reducer. Although she informed me that your shop does not stock this item, she did not stop there. On her own initiative, she went to a nearby hardware store to source the part for me and called me back within 30 minutes to confirm she had found it. While I eventually managed to find the part closer to my home, I was deeply impressed by her proactive attitude and speedy response.
