Worst moving experience ever. DO NOT ENGAGE!! The representative that i was in contact with, Michael, sent me a voice message asking for an extra S$35 AFTER moving all the boxes to the apartment, saying that our massage chair had been very big and was not mentioned beforehand. This would have been true if i hadn’t sent him multiple pictures of our massage chair, asking and double checking if it was too big or not, as i assumed it would be a problem. However, he reassured me that it would be fine, just saying things like “yes” and “ok”, so i sent him ANOTHER message to confirm if it would be fine and he replied with the same one-word answers. Ok, fine. When he came to my family’s house, he did not say A THING about the massage chair, just wrapping it up and moving. It was only AFTER the move that he sent me a voice messaged asking for an extra S$35 on top of the original amount claiming that our massage chair had been too big. Like any normal person, i refused to pay him, screenshotting the messages and pictures of the massage chair that i had sent him beforehand to prove i had provided ample confirmation. He then responded like very rudely(if i had no context i would have assumed he was a salakau member), saying “aiya its fine if you don’t want to pay us for our hard work lah its a small matter”(translating to english), guilt tripping me. He then added that our house had stairs that we did not mention, that they did not charge us extra for moving things out. The “stairs” that he mentioned were literally two steps, not more than 15 centimetres, and when he came to move the boxes and saw the steps at our house at first, he did not say a word about charging extra, and i would have happily paid him if he did. I assume this was just another ploy to guilt trip me and squeeze more money out of me. All in all, this company might go down in history as one of the worst movers of all time, and i really wish i had read these horrible reviews before engaging them.
Unprofessional. Dishonest. Buyer of my item engaged them to deliver from my residence to his. 1. Buyer relayed multiple reminders to them on appointment time as i wont be free before or after - still came before. 2. Helper witnessed mover dinged my freshly painted wall when moving item, reported to me and i sent a photo to buyer. Did I ask for any compensation or money? - nope. Just a small matter right? Can be resolved easily right? 3. Mover came back and became aggressive and rude; at the front gate already shouted "HELLO OPEN UP" like some retired gangster. Best part, did not admit to mistake. Home CCTVs around proved otherwise. Simply do not engage them, even if others said price is cheap. Businesses should operate with a professional skillset. if cannot, dont.
Not professional - DONT USE IT!!! The movers stained my newly painted wall badly (can’t remove), and they broke my expensive rice cooker! Hearing my reminder that the rice cooker need be handled carefully, it was placed on top of a pile of boxes and was not wrapped at all! So it dropped on the floor harshly. Today I unpacked it saw the digital panel was broken.
The boss was very kind and helpful — he personally delivered the carton boxes before moving day, which was really thoughtful. On the actual day, the team arrived early and worked super efficiently. They managed to complete two trips in just a few hours! Everything was smooth and well-handled. Highly recommended!
I was asked to deposit $100 when the boxes were delivered for my move. Once the move was completed, I was asked to pay the remaining balance. The total cost was $258, so I assumed the remaining amount would be $158. However, the person I spoke to repeatedly called me, insisting that I pay the full $258. He explained that the $100 deposit would be refunded once the boxes were collected. Reluctantly, I paid the full $258. I then asked when they would be coming to collect the boxes. He said he needed to "arrange" it, which I understood, so I asked for an update so I could place the boxes outside for easy collection. I explained that if I didn’t know when they were coming, leaving the boxes outside could block the walkway for my neighbors. It would be more convenient for me if he could let me know the day before so I could prepare. Instead, he ignored my messages, even blue-ticking me. The next day, while I was at work, he called and messaged me at 1pm to inform me that he would be coming at 3pm. I told him no one would be home and the boxes weren’t outside, so he couldn’t collect them. He then began shouting at me, claiming he was doing me a "favor" by not charging a vehicle fee for the collection, and that he couldn’t just show up whenever I wanted. I explained that I needed to know when he would be coming so I could place the boxes outside without blocking the walkway for my neighbors. He yelled at me, asking why I hadn’t put the boxes outside the day before, but when I asked for a clear time, he kept saying he needed to "arrange" it and ignored my messages. At this point, I’ve already placed the boxes outside and told him to collect them whenever he wants, as I can’t be bothered anymore. I also told him to immediately refund my $100 deposit, but he refused to even read my message. Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. I would never recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
