I recently had a profoundly disappointing experience with a shipping company that began with promise but ended in significant frustration and loss. Initial Positive Interaction At the outset, communication was efficient. Raymond, the representative, responded promptly to my inquiries, and the service appeared professional. Packing Concerns and Unfulfilled Assurances When the packing team arrived at my residence, they conducted a rushed job, which raised immediate concerns. I reported this to Raymond, who assured me that all items would be repacked appropriately. Unfortunately, this promise was not honored. Unexpected Additional Charges Upon the shipment's arrival in Malta, I was contacted by the local partner company, who informed me that the container could not be cleared without additional payment. While I complied and settled the extra fees, this unforeseen expense should have been communicated upfront. Damaged Goods and Poor Packing Practices The most distressing part was the condition of my belongings upon delivery. It was evident that the items had not been repacked as promised. All my furniture was either chipped or scratched, my 65-inch Sony TV was non-functional, and one of the mirrors had visible forklift tire marks on it. The packing within the container lacked any thoughtful organization; for instance, mattresses were placed at the back instead of being used as cushioning material. Lack of Response and Accountability I reached out to Raymond to express my concerns. Initially, he was responsive and requested a detailed list of the damaged items, which I provided promptly. However, since his last message on January 27th, I have received no further communication, despite today being February 13th. Conclusion This experience has been profoundly disappointing. The initial professionalism quickly gave way to negligence, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. I would caution others to thoroughly research and consider alternative shipping companies to avoid similar distress. My first and last time engaging them. I have paid them in full but yet i have a total of 4 missing items which they confidently told me it was already in the shipping list. They also poorly handled my dining table and take zero accountability. My dining table had a big cracked that I had to discar them and bought a new one. They ghosted me for weeks and weeks and i had to chase them for my missing items. I rcvd my items on 13 Feb and till date 18 March, I still have not receive my other items! Not forgetting a huge delay in my items. You make your customers pay you in full, you make sure you DELIVER. I have been very very patient and it's running thin.
