Engaging an entertainment act begins with confirming your event date, venue, and expected headcount. Magic Phil Singapore can be reached via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form. Once the scope is agreed — whether a children's birthday party, corporate function, baby full-month or 100-day celebration, school event, or private gathering — you will want to confirm the performance duration, number of sets or acts, audience age band, and any venue-specific constraints such as space, noise, or power access. A deposit, typically 30–50% on signing, secures the date; the balance is usually due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm setup and teardown time windows, a travel charge for venues outside the central area, and the contingency plan if the event is postponed.
To take the next step, contact Magic Phil Singapore directly via WhatsApp or phone to check availability for your event date, share your venue and headcount details, and request a package quote in writing before paying any deposit.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
truly the only accessible place in Singapore to buy artistic and cultural cards. lovely atmosphere and really interactive funny counter guy… would love to come back
The BEST CARD SHOP EVERRRRRR!!!!!! Amos, who sold us the cards and other things, was super friendly. He was kind enough to show us magic tricks which were AWESOME and explained different sets for beginners very thoroughly. Super helpful 🫡🫡🫡🫡 . The cards there are so cool and the variety of things is superb. Thank you for your services 🙂↕️🙂↕️🙂↕️ The experience was truly magical!!!!
Great store! Easy to find, very helpful staff (thanks Amos) and amazing selection. They also had cards to test and try, so you can see how they look! They don’t offer card payments (only PayNow and cash), but other than that, this store is a must-visit!
Bought a few decks of cards from here, shop is quite cozy to hang around and chat in! The staff were very kind and friendly. They recommended me some decks as well. If you are looking for magic related, puzzle games and playing cards, this is your destination!
Great place. Amos was really kind and helpful and has a a lot of great advice. He took time after the shop closed to chat and I learnt a lot just from that interaction with him!

Magic Phil Singapore prices entertainment on a package basis. For context, Singapore market norms for event entertainers — magicians, emcees, and similar acts — typically range from S$600 to S$3,000 or more for a standard event slot, depending on performance duration, number of sets, event type (children's party, corporate, wedding, school), and whether travel outside the central area applies. Itemise the quote before committing: performance duration and number of sets, travel surcharge for non-central venues, setup and teardown time requirements, deposit amount (typically 30–50% on signing), balance due date, and GST if applicable. Get the package inclusions in writing so there are no surprises on the day. See the full Entertainment cost guide for Singapore →
For children's birthday parties and baby full-month or 100-day celebrations, six to twelve weeks ahead is a reasonable lead time for popular entertainers. Corporate events and weddings that fall on peak Saturdays — particularly in March, April, October, and November — often require three to six months' notice, as in-demand performers can be fully booked well in advance. Saturday afternoon and evening slots fill fastest. If your event date is fixed, reach out as early as possible to confirm availability. A deposit secures the booking; without one, the date remains open to other enquiries. Confirm the rescheduling and cancellation policy at the time of booking, especially if any portion of the event is outdoors.
The industry standard for event entertainment in Singapore is a deposit of 30–50% of the package fee on signing, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. The deposit typically holds the date exclusively and covers preliminary planning and preparation time — it is generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date. Confirm in writing: what the deposit covers, the rescheduling policy if a venue or public-health restriction forces a change, and any conditions that would void the transfer. Also ask about public liability insurance, particularly if the performance involves props, equipment, or physical audience interaction at a venue such as an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel ballroom where the venue manager may request a copy of the certificate.
