Dr. Lee is great - warm, caring and professional. She’s the reason why I continued to follow up at this clinic for 3 years despite the clinic admin (just one of them, the rest are great) making the experience so terrible that I eventually decided to go elsewhere. Appointments scheduled on the wrong day or at the wrong time, causing a lot of inconvenience and missed appointments which were critical at the early stages of my hyperthyroidism. Dr Lee tried to help by getting other clinic admin to manage and it did get better. But today, I had a scheduled blood test for my appointment this Fri. Someone didn’t do their job - the blood test request form was not faxed to the agreed upon location (Gleneagles Parkway). I grabbed down to Mt E Parkway and the form is not there either. Can’t reach the clinic since 1040am as there is no WhatsApp number and they were not picking up calls. Wasted time and effort getting from place to place, and worst part is that without the blood test, I have to skip the Fri appt where I get updates about whether my condition is stable. Thanks Dr Lee for your help over all these years, but the admin issues are really damaging the business you’ve built.
