Please spare yourself and go elsewhere, I was recommend by my agent. Please don’t save a few hundred bucks and go for them cos they are more affordable. I had hell when I sold my house due to difficult buyer and they were not helpful and cost me $, and unfortunately already used them for purchase of my new place. They screwed up on a lot of the follow up with other law firm, the executives / lawyers in the office also tried to cover up their mistakes. Unprofessional!! Thank God I found out and made them pay for the mistake. Have to constantly call chase and check still they can make mistakes. I’m so glad it over now.

I had an extremely bad experience with this firm. I need to constantly call to chase for updates and then they will do their jobs. Thankfully it's all over now after 8 months. Agent recommended this firm to save a few hundred bucks and totally not worth it. Good luck if hiring this firm to settle your stuffs.
