The worst clinic experience I have had in Singapore. The service was extremely poor. The staff were not willing to give proper instructions, and when I approached them to ask questions, they were not ready to respond or help. I understand that people in every sector work under pressure, but having the right attitude and professionalism is very important, especially in a healthcare environment. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not visit this clinic again.

Based on reviews and my own experience, the clinic staff are very nice. However, the blood drawing staff are not very experienced and make mistakes. Overall, the clinic is good. What I disliked, however, was the overweight X-ray technician who just sat there shouting and wouldn't move. He spoke loudly, yelled, and used vulgar language constantly. He lacked social etiquette. He looked pitiful on the outside, but his mouth was full of offensive words, making the clinic seem low-class. Please improve the behavior of your staff before someone films you and posts it on social media, making the clinic even more embarrassing.

An older, tomboyish employee with dyed gray hair had a rough demeanor and was extremely rude. She spoke to customers like beggars, displaying terrible behavior even over minor issues. The customers weren't making a fuss, but the employee yelled and overreacted. I witnessed this and felt the service was awful. The staff was terrible; everything was terrible. I live in a nearby building, but I will never use their services again.

Worst clinic and Doctor I came across. Doctor is so rude. I brought my helper for UTI and gastric issues.. when into the room and she asked me what is the issue? So I said she 's having tummy ache and pain when peeing. Guess what she replied?? ' I didnt ask you to diagonis it for me', I am the Doctor here. If that is the case how am I supposed to answer your qns n reply my issue to you?? Then she said I will talk to your helper herself. So I said go ahead. She started asking qns in English and my helper was staring at her as she doesn't understand English.. so I once again told her she doesn't understand English. Then she told me to Interpret her qn🙄 so I did and when my helper answered I interpreted it back in Engliah and she told, you just wait outside and got her admin staff to speak to my helper. How rude can a doctor be? She look so frustrated and annoyed. This clinic is meant for helpers and foreign workers to come in for their medical checkup b4 pass issuance.. if you are so uptight and frustrated, you can choose to give up your profession and sit at home. As a doctor you have failed big time at your attitude and mannerism. Please stop patronising this clinic. This is the only way to teach this doctor a lesson I guess. So sad to see such behaviour from medical professionals.

I visited this clinic for a sore throat, but the medicine given didn’t help at all. The doctor only prescribed lozenges again, even though I mentioned that this treatment didn’t work for me before. When I asked the nurse to check with the doctor about changing to antibiotics, she refused and responded rudely. I had to go to another clinic and pay again for proper treatment. Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t even give one star if I could. This is a real case, please be aware and stay cautious.
